From the first phone call to even paying for my appointment, wig unit, and paid in advance for the wig application things went smoothly lady Mary Jane even seemed to be honest and serious about business after I made my 700 dollar payment soon as my appointment came she wasn’t professional at all as if it’s just all about the money only. She wasn’t detailed in telling me the location to even get to my appointment and also chopped the wig up as I did not request but anyway long story short very arrogant slick messy I recommend you to spend your hard earned cash elsewhere she don’t deserve it

Listen MJC salon gave me an out of this world experience. As a former stylist of 8 years it’s very rare to meet a professional who carries more than the title. Mary Jane was amazing from beginning to end. She was on time, wasn’t distracted by phones etc, engaged in conversation, provided hair care education. I mean an all around ball of fresh air.The environment was serene no loud noise, no disgruntled clients, simply therapeutic!!! Arkansas has been hiding this gem for quite some time and I’m just blessed to be able to say I have experienced what MJC has to offer. Listen the lady elevated my feet on the ottoman while my hair was drying and walked me to my car and opened my car door for me!!!!! You won’t get that ANYWHERE! They truly treat their clients 5 star!!! Worth every dollar!!!!

AMAZING customer service starting at the front door. I was greeted with a warm welcoming smile along with the offer of refreshments....I was taken aback. Then I was seated in the waiting area. It was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The atmosphere...the lighting was pleasant, the music was tasteful and it felt really cozy. As I waited I overheard the owner interviewing a potential stylist. I was stunned by the level of questioning and deep discussion they had about hair. I was so touched that this salon went to extreme lengths to preserve the dignity of clients dealing with hair loss or alopecia. They provide their services very early during off peak hours and they also have privacy "curtains" to enhance the level of comfort for these customers or any customer that may be a little shy. Kathleen... she was FANTASTIC... she listened as I explained my hair issues, she was non judgmental and she gave me her honest helpful oppinion. She described the washing, cleansing and conditioning process. I didn't hear the rest because I was entranced..... I have only been to a hair salon once in 20 years because I have always hated wasting a whole day enduring the typical salon experience. I ONLY had a fifteen minute consultation and needless to say I am looking forward to my hair appointment.

"Wow!" That is all that I can say each and everytime that I get my hair done at Mary Jane and Company. The salon is gorgeous. All of the stylists at MJC are very professional. I have been Mary Jane's client since 2014, and I have always had a great experience. Mary Jane is the best, most amazing stylist that I have ever experienced. Mary Jane goes above and beyond to take care of my hair. She is well- experienced with natural hair and hair extensions. As a woman with natural hair, I benefit from both areas of her expertise. I always feel that she styles my hair in a way that looks lush, beautiful, and natural. I have recommended her to many family members and friends. I am so amazed and thankful every time!! I would highly recommend her to them!! Mary Jane and Company is a fabulous salon.

I loved my visit at MJC hair studio... the shop is so nice ....Tab.Alexander and MJ were awesome... I felt so at home and comfortable ....I was in and out and loved the products they use... such a great hair experience I will definitely be seeing them for a follow up appointment !!!!

The bundles are the best that I've purchased here in Arkansas so far. Mary Jane herself, different story! 5 stars for the hair 2 stars for her service!
