Hotel rooms were dirty. The staff definitely needs to start dusting, mopping floors, and doing some deep cleaning. The breakfast was a banana and a bagel. The hotel suggested a taxi service to go to the airport. Taxi service never showed up the morning of my flight. Good thing my flight was delayed and I found a different driver. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

All I can say is I did have a bed to to go to after being in the ICU with my family all day this Hotel needs a lot of updates. A lot of stuff that is broken. Our fan in our room didn’t even work. Our blow dryer didn’t even work floors are so dirty bed pillows had holes in them. Also our toilet was broken, one roll of toilet paper, and the other one missing. Had to walk downstairs and underneath in between rooms to get ice because our ice machine was broken, sinks and bathtub drains don’t drain. Also for Continental breakfast was little sack lunches that had nothing healthy. Also, they did shuttle us over to the hospital, but they would not shuttle us to the airport which doesn’t make sense of how much money you’re paying to stay in a hotel, but they won’t shuttle you to the national airport.

It's a motel and it was pouring, we had to walk all the way around to our third floor room. No explanation how to get the breakfast, the room was just OK. Toilet paper holder was broke, TV was splashed with some type of fluid that left permanent marks on the screen. Lampshade was broke, the bed was comfortable. I'll pass next time.Noteworthy details: Just OK

We stayed one night before surgery the next morning. Front desk employee was so friendly and the room was fantastic. Huge, with sitting area, kitchette then the bedroom. Very clean. I’d highly

The rooms are clean. The beds are nice. They are extremely stingy with towels. It is extremely noisy all of the time.Walkability: There are two restaurants very nearby, it's easy to walk there.Food & drinks: They have a great breakfast, but the attendant is loud and won't let you eat a peaceful breakfast.

I can't say that I've Had the best experience... I'm A Veteran so I stay on multiple occasions... rooms are sub-par... In every room I've stayed in something was wrong, from the curtains being torn to roaches in the rooms, along with doors not opening properly... none of the toilet roll holders actually hold the toilet paper. Don't think about a good continental Break-fast... Maybe you'll get something most of the time you will not... it's best to go to a restaurant. If I Was losing with my own money, I definitely would Not Stay Here...It Doesn't feel or Look Safe... The Area where it is located tends to attract wandering and homeless people... Parking Lot Is Small And Congested... Staff Is Pretty Much Alright, Not Too Professional looking...Uniforms Are Worn And Tattered...Majority of The Housekeepers Do Not Speak or Understand English... There Are No Amenities (small lotions, like other hotels). Watch The Elevator... The Safety Inspection Certification Has expired (9/30/2023).I stayed over night one Friday and because I Need Medication To Go To Sleep There...I Was An hour late checking out... Someone knocked on the door very rudely And Said...Ms. Dorsey I Need You To Leave The Building NOW!!... IN a Threatening Voice. WHEN I Got To The Lobby to Turn-in The Keys..I Asked The Clerk for The Name Of The Housekeeper That is On Duty... She Stated To Me There Was Not On Duty... Yet, Someone From The Office Just Banged On Door Telling Me To Leave The Building!... Name Should Be Changed To Markham Discount Motel... This Place Drives My Anxiety So High That Usually I Don't Get To Sleep Until Daylight.Rooms: I Stayed In Room 117 on two Separate visits... The 1st Time I Saw A Couple Of roaches along with A long Visible Hair on 1 of the bath towels... That I Didn't Use... The 2nd Time I Stayed The Same Bath Towel With The Same Long Hair Was Still Folded in The Same Spot.

Some of the staff was nice but the rest were awful. The rooms are run down and the bed was like a board. You cannot sleep due to noise and in the morning you wake to leaf blowers at your door which apparently is how they sweep the sidewalk. The walls are not very thick and you can hear other people at times. I would rather stay elsewhere for my money.

Markham House Suites, Little Rock, ArkansasThe best place to stay at, very friendly, absolutely helpful, we had no problems with anything. I highly recommend this place. A Great place. Never had a problem before but WOW have things gone downhill!!! My room smelled like marijuana, all they did was give me spray to cover up the smell. How do you think that worked? Yeah...never got the wake up call I asked for. The lady at check-in was nice...but everyone else was RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!! Treated my mother terribly...and we were there because of medical issues, certainly didn't need the extra issues brought on by them.Rooms: No soap/shampoo/conditioner in any dispensers in the bathroom, there were cockroaches in the bathroom.

This is a contracted place, but even the person at the reception can't tell the difference between an ADA room. Sadly, I accepted whatever it was given, but the room lacked space for a motorized wheelchair that the receptionist failed to even acknowledge. The a/c had some black tape to prevent unknown imperfection. The furniture on the room was in distressed conditions that utilizing the antique microwave was questionable. Unfortunately, this is what is available to stay, and sadly, it is unacceptable for anyone in precarious and poor health conditions.Rooms: Deplorable conditions for a contracted facility.

The deposit was discussed over the phone as $75 but when I arrived the night manager had me pay $150 .... That's more them the cost of one night. Water doesn't really get hot fast nor very hot not like an upscale establishment should. The head board fell off whenever we set back against it. Like they just stuck it up thereRooms: Double bed rooms are not that big and feel clufder. Not worth $90 a night

This ranks right up there with Amityville and the Bates Motel. Stay at your own risk. Don't be fooled by pictures. Was accosted by drunk man in his underwear on the way to our out-dated room. Curtains stained and torn. Felt dirty and very unsafe and didn't sleep all night. Heard something like shots and police sirens all night. Couldn't wait to check out early next morning. Washed everything in suitcases and still haven't brought them inside a week later. Air from air-conditioner blowing over mold/mildew on it made me sick. All in all - terrible experience.

We chose to stay here due to the close proximity to UAMS. The lady that checked us in was really great and very helpful. The rooms were a little outdated but they seemed clean. The next morning I had bites on my face. I assume they are from bed bugs because they bare great resemblance to bed bug bites. We will not choose to stay here again.
