--Being treated like a person again--Let me just start by saying that I came to this pharmacy two years ago in the hope that I could avoid the chain pharmacy's robotic, short staffed, dismissive experience. I haven't been to a chain since.Daniel and his crew are among the best in customer service, being attentive with any questions, and being prompt with getting prescriptions filled. I have never had any issues with this pharmacy in any capacity. I pass probably 6-8 chain pharmacy's as I live across town, but the experience is worth it.There is a genuine level of concern and care here that you just don't find anymore. I can't recommend this pharmacy enough.Do yourself a favor and check it out.

Daniel runs the pharmacy and he is the worst and has the worst customer service I have ever encountered at a pharmacy. If there is a script they filled for you and you dont buy it . He will chase you out to your car and demand that you purchase it, and make up a lie about how long its been there. He pushed on my car door while I was holding it open. He is extremely rude and passive aggressive. I decided to use this pharmacy because it was close to my home. No harm intended, but It's always a problem when I try to refill my scripts. I go in feeling good and come out feeling . terrible. They will go in overkill telling you the price of your script assuming you cant afford it. No one speaks to me when I come in but I notice them speaking and talking to the Caucasian customers. Some of the workers studder and look weird when I'm talking to them. It's such a racist vibe when I come In there. I notice there is one black girl working in there. I feel like it's just for show and they don't really like black people here. Every encounter has had a weird feeling. There's a problem everytime I go in there. Congratulations Daniel and marketplace pharmacy. I will be taking my business elsewhere you won't have to refill my scripts anymore. Another thing I noticed is the price of there prescriptions are much higher than cvs,Walmart, and krogers. Take your business elsewhere. I'm not sure why I deserved such harsh treatment from this pharmacy, I definitely feel that the color of my skin plays a part in it, maybe it's a whites only pharmacy.

I am so happy that I changed to Market Place Pharmacy! Prior to changing, I used a big brand corporate pharmacy. The difference is night and day. The team here goes above & beyond. It is clear to me that they enjoy their jobs and genuinely care about their patients. Do yourself a favor and switch to this pharmacy!

I have been a customer for a very long time. They provide exceptional service and caring staff to help you. Attached is an adorable shop with everything! Smocked baby outfits, Christmas items, jewelry and home decor . This pharmacy is so much better than big box stores.

Daniel Cate is GREAT! He took the time to research how best my insurance company would pay for each medication. Time passed quickly while waiting on my RX because I could shop in the rest of the store. Janice Turnage helped me select my Christmas presents for my family. I would highly recommend Market Place Pharmacy

Fantastic, friendly staff! They know my entire family by name and they always go the extra mile whether it be trying to work things out with an insurance company, making sure to bundle your household's medications so you only have to make one trip, or calling to let you know you may have forgotten a prescription, their customer service is unmatched. Miss Rosemary always takes excellent care of us, and Daniel is always super fast getting orders together- come here if you like a small town feeling business in the city.
