On Saturday, Feb. 5th my sister in Christ and I were out in Conway for a wedding and needed our make up done. We took a chance and went to Little Rock to see if this mall would be able to help.We found a MAC Counter in Dillard's and walked up as soon as they opened. Unfortunately, we were informed that we typically need appointments - but since there were two ladies that hadn't shown up and were 30 minutes late they sat us down right away. ??Amber Nichols took me and another young lady took my friend. I showed Amber a few pictures of what make up scheme I was thinking of doing and told her the color of my dress was coral.Let me tell you! Amber is the real deal! She was so down to earth, personable, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. She had me in and out in about 45 minutes or less. I said less because she was still able to assist others and take phone calls while she was doing my make-up. She also helped me pick out some beautiful lashes. I asked her about what products I should purchase to ensure that I'd be able to touch up my lip make up since the wedding wasn't until 5 p.m that evening. She gave her suggestions and didn't try to sell me a bunch of unnecessary products. I walked out with a lip pencil, tinted lip gloss, and the lashes she used on me for around $60. I wasn't aware they didn't charge for the make up session after looking at my receipt (I don't wear make up often and I thinl this was my second time getting my make up done at a counter. The last time was about 15 years or so ago). So my friend and I made sure to tip them well.It was a pleasant and wonderful experience. Her team who were also there - was really nice, polite, and gave several compliments before and after my make up was done. ?

There is no MAC store at this place. Maybe MAC products are sold somewhere else in this Park plaza, I heard in Dillards, but as such there is no proper MAC store. Check the directory of this shopping mall and you will find no MAC. There is a great Sephora store though. One star for misleading location and information.

The MAC artist at Dillard's Park Plaza are amazing. Friendly, talented, and helpful. What more could you ask for. The only down side is they are so talented they constantly have makeovers so walking in for one is impossiable. If a makeover is what you are wanting you should book an appointment way in advance!

They are very pushy. My wife goes there and she comes out saying that she did not buy anything because she did not like that the sales persons try to give her makeup that does not match her skin tone. Also they do not listen to what the customer wants. They always try to sell her the wrong foundation
