I placed an order online on their website and did not receive an order confirmation email from them. The charge on my credit card statement says "Nail Supply House", and not LUV boutique which seems very weird. Also, the phone number on their website is not working, and the number on their google search also did not reach anyone. I've emailed customer service and hopefully will get a response back.

Super amazing, I came in for a last minute change/look before an event I had to attend. They had so much to choose from! Tanya, the owner, was super amazing, extremely helpful, and just all around pleasant! Wonderful customer service and let’s not forget the AH-mazing selection of fashion & accessories! I love it and will absolutely be back!

0/5 stars! The women working was extremely rude and dismissive. She was on her phone from the second I walked in, and openly ignored me when I greeted her and was trying to shop. I work in a boutique myself so I know how customer service service should be handled and I was so excited to shop here I literally drove to Little Rock to shop there and be ignored.

Favorite little shop in Little Rock. My three favorite pieces of clothing I own were all purchased here.Eclectic mix and a great owner (shopkeeper?) who just knows exactly what you're looking for. She has cheeky sales that always seem to be on the article I have in my hands. "oh that's 10% off today!" :-DBuying something here is like buying flowers for your wardrobe. Cheers up your outfit without breaking the bank.
