My daughter took me to Lush yesterday. WOW! Friendliest staff who were very helpful. They were extremely knowledgeable about their products and helped me find the perfect scent. Highly recommend.

Loved my first time shopping here. Ian was the best! I came in looking for a body scrub and ended up trying on face masks and then some. Everyone at the counter was so nice and helpful.

I have to shout out Law. I have been coming to Lush for over a decade but have never visited as frequently before meeting Law and having the best introduction to some of Lush’s hidden gems. His specialization in herbalism as well as overall knowledge in basic skincare foundations has swooned me completely. I am planning to switch fully to Lush skincare under his guidance. We have been back to purchase full size products of the samples he has recommended! He is truly so fit for this role.

I had a wonderful experience at this Lush location today! Law was extremely helpful and kind with guiding me through all of the new perfumes and other selections. There's lots of new Sticky Dates stuff on the shelves, which I was overjoyed to see, and The Dew on Their Hems definitely gave me something to save up for in the perfume department. Completely satisfied with my visit! I will definitely be back when I'm in town.

Took my daughters to Lush in the Promenade today for the first time. It was such a great experience. Not only is the store adorable and organized the staff is absolutely wonderful! We were greeted with friendly smiles and hellos and the lovely Carat as super helpful and made it such a fun experience for my girls. She showed them how the Bubble Bars worked and let them experience it and even play with the bubbles. I think that was their favorite part. She was super knowledgeable about the products and how they are made. And even let us know about fun party opportunities. We had a great first experience and will most definitely be back. My girls both can’t wait to do a party there. We greatly appreciate Carat and the rest of the staff for being an absolute joy and making our experience so great!

My fiancée and I attended the microbiome workshop today and had an absolute blast!! We made a face cleanser and we cannot wait to use it! I volunteered to get a facial by Ryan and it was so relaxing and fun. The facial was completely curated to my skin type and Ryan is an incredible listener. I can’t think of someone better to do the workshop. 10/10 experience, as always at Lush <3

Ryan is so amazing at what he does! My fiancée and I went to the micro biome face scrub workshop and he was nothing short of knowledgeable and well spoken. We had a lot of fun doing this!
