I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Lush! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Ryan and Law, who truly went above and beyond to make my visit special. Not only were they incredibly knowledgeable about the products, but they also took the time to understand my preferences and suggest items I’d love. The soaps are amazing—each one smells divine, and you can tell they’re made with such care and quality. Ryan and Law’s genuine enthusiasm and warmth made my shopping experience unforgettable. Highly recommend this Lush location for anyone looking for exceptional service and incredible products!

I really enjoyed the the atmosphere when I entered the store. I was greeted with a smile and a warm spirit and vibe that was off the charts. They were very easy to talk to and cater to my needs.

We were grated as soon as we walked in and treated very well. They were very enthusiastic about the products and made us feel welcomed. Wish more people could be as great as they are at this Lush in Little Rock.

Loved coming in here today especially since it was my first time in lush but it was a real chill, nice, friendly, inviting atmosphere. Super cool workers big shout out to Law & the other worker there they definitely hooked me up and really informed me on how they work & what they represent. Overall 10/10 definitely coming back for sure & they definitely don’t discriminate like other stores in the promenade. Loved this place other people should definitely come in & take a look around & get the same amazing treatment I got not because it was there job but because there nice people in there.

It was my first time here at Lush and I just have to say it didn't disappoint! The staff was so kind answering all of my questions and we're so engaging with all the customers. I'm someone who struggles with talking to strangers but this staff made me feel so welcomed and comfortable in the store! (Wish I had asked to be friends with the two ladies at the register and the one that showed me the grass and lava block minecraft bath bombs ?)

Lush products are awesome but their staff is just as awesome. My daughter and I visited this Lush store a couple times over about a month timeframe. Both times we had Carolina and Law help explain and recommend products to us. They were awesome, great personalities, and really knew the products. Instead of ordering online now, I love to go see them to buy my Lush products. I highly recommend this location and hope that if you go there, you also have the pleasure of working with Carolina and Law as well. Great products and people!

My 1st experience at this shop was nothing short of amazing. Law is absolutely amazing! Such an amazing being. Was very detailed about products and it's ingredients. Very patient and kind. The products are great on my skin and the bath bombs are to die for. Will definitely be coming to visit again. IF YOU EVER SEE THIS REVIEW LAW, ME AND MY HUBBY ARE TOTALLY IN AWE OF YOU. I came in and the staff were incredibly helpful and fun. They explained all the products to me but we're also very kind and accommodating to customers who wanted to ship on their own. They did a great job explaining the products and the company's newest project, Justice for Greenwood. It was an awesome experience. Will be back for sure!
