This is a message and shout out to Chris in plumbing who, with only 15 minutes to closing today, had me as a customer asking him to troubleshoot some intense bidet water pressure output with some grainy, dark, poorly shot photographs of the setup I was working with. The man came to the rescue and called in his coworker over the phone to help and he ended up double checking the product by testing to part in the store to ensure it fit, and also gave me the name of another store to try (NOT Home Depot) as a plan B just in case his fix didn't work. Guess what, it worked like a charm and we are no longer getting roto-rootered by our bidet's water pressure as a result. On behalf of my family and our gastroenterologist, thank you so much, Chris and your unnamed coworker who also helped!

I was very disappointed with Lowe's curbside pick up. I waited 45 minutes and nobody brought my online site-to-store item out to me. After twenty minutes I called customer service and they said somebody would be out shortly. I waited 25 additional minutes before going inside to speak with a manager. No more curbside pick up or Lowe's visits for me. FYI: The associate, Jackie, that finally brought my microwave out was nice.

I don’t know why people are giving such bad reviews. a lot of places are understaffed, but I have always had super helpful people helping me here.
I have had pick up orders of large amounts of soil, etc that i have had to fit into my little compact suv thing. The guys that have helped me out EVERY TIME have been the sweetest and most helpful. And it is not easy to fit that amount of stuff into a little SUV. They could have just left me out there with piles of soil and mulch and been like “Won’t fit. Good luck.” But they have ALWAYS helped out without acting put out.

Don't use their curbside. they don't monitor it. I sat there for 40 min, and they told me to come in. they were not busy. No one was checking it. bad customer service

Giving them 2 stars because they saved me $285.00 by never showing up to unlock the display case. Not the first time at this store where I’ve stood around waiting for help and they never show.

How do these stores afford to stay open with the expense of keeping them cooled/heated and they have no one working in them to help people. We were in this store 1 hour & 15 minutes, not ONE person helped us. Went in to buy a door, sink (get both installed) and buy a power tool. The only people we talked to were lounging at the “self-checkout” stations and couldn’t get the power tool doors unlocked. At least one other customer needs one too and no one knew where a key was. So they lost all that income plus another customer. Last time we were there no one at the checkout station could get out gift card to scan so we had to do it at customer service! They make more money closing this store and saving money on their electric bill. Worthless store, ZERO STARS

Called to check availability for item and employee to lazy to pick up phone and when you ask they don't even check to see if there. They just say it is. Need better management. Had to file a corporate complaint.

I have never had such a bad experience on trying to spend 3300. The customer satisfaction and communications is zero. I still cannot get an answer on when my gas range will be delivered that I purchased on June 4th. I have called numerous times asking for the store manager Aaron to call me and no one is calling me back. I guess that business is so good that you don’t have to follow up with customers that have already purchased. Being a disabled veteran I fill like I’m not getting the same service as anyone else.

Purchased a pool vacuum. According to the website there were 4 of these items left. Two and a half hours passed from initial order time and I still had not heard from Lowe’s that my order is ready. Husband went to the store and was told to go find the item himself. By that time the item had sold out! I am furious and we had to end up paying more $ to get another one that wasn’t what we wanted in the first place. Next time I’ll stick with Home Depot as my orders are ready for pick up within 30 minutes.

The employees at Lowe’s are helpful and welcoming. They provided us with help at every stage of the process and even after the purchase they continue to provide help getting the items into the vehicle. I have never had any service at any other store like this Lowe’s. I will drive on the other side of town every time to get this try professional service from Lowe’s.
