The best in Arkansas for sure. They have been helping me since 1978,when I knew nothing. I can't believe anyone would say a negative word about them. I go there at least 2 times a week. They are always helpful and friendly

Not only did they not have the part I needed, after I was told it was there , and I drove 30 miles, but the man behind the counter was cursing and had his radio up to loud, I asked him to please stop the cursing, because I had my 10 year old son with me, he replied that my son need to learn someday, and the guys behind the counter all started laughing, I took my son out to my truck, and went back inside, I talked to the same rude individual , and told him since he was so interested in teaching people, to come outside and I would teach him some manners, well if coarse the coward refused to get out from behind the counter. I'll never do business there again, very rude disrespectful place.

I know very little about plumbing. I had a leak from my sink disposal where the drainpipe exited. I took it apart, found a worn washer and went searching hardware stores. The first had nothing. The second had something they thought might be it but were not sure. That packaged washer was $4.29. I then went to Winnelson. The counter man immediately identified the part, even though I was too d*** to make note of the brand. He sold me the washer for 87 cents, explained exactly how to fit it in properly and encouraged me to call if I had any problems. Now I am confident I can get any part for minor repairs and get through the job with their advice.
