I spoke to some guy on the phone yesterday. He was completely useless. I guess his boorish behavior was due to the fact that I was cancelling my policy, and not purchasing one. He gave me terrible information, just stop paying and my policy would not renew. He told me to email him and he’d cancel it for me. Well I didn’t like who I spoke to, so I called progressive. Come to find out, the lady would cancel my policy and get me a 150 refund. Thanks guys. You were so helpful. I hope this review helps

I was recently referred to this agency by a friend for auto insurance. I’m a single parent on a tight budget. Bo signed me with an affordable company. It was a simple process. I've never made a visit to this bussiness establishment. I did however, call an agent so I could arrange an appointment to explore the various life insurance policy options. No one answered, so I left a voicemail.This was a week ago ( Thursday 02/04/2021)and no one has returned my call.
