I placed a delivery order for a friend in Maumelle. I live in Kentucky and wanted to send a gift. Delivery was an option when I placed the order. A ridiculous amount of time passed with no update so I called. I was told-too bad, this is out of our delivery radius so we changed it to curbside. It's unreasonable for me to drive 9 hours for a pick up order and also unreasonable to require a recipient of a surprise gift to go and get it. This was June 11, 2024. I've still received no refund. I will never do business with this establishment again. It should be noted I gave this company a lot of business personally when I lived in Arkansas and highly recommended them to friends and colleagues, which is why I entrusted them with a gift. Beware-they will rob you with no remorse

What a great experience. My wife and I were greated by the owners. They spent the time to talk with us and explain several tequilla options and have excellent staff. Highly recommend.

A while back my friend in KY placed a delivery order. It never arrived. She tried to get her money back and was told too bad. Today I placed an order for delivery to maumelle. No text, email, or call saying it was outside of delivery range. Nine hours after placing order I call. They say oh you’re outside our delivery range so we made it curbside pickup. I explain I never got any kind of message NINE hours ago when I ordered. Too bad. So sad. No offer to refund or anything.

Friendly staff that can give you a recommendation about their liquor and even have a taste table. enjoy visiting with the staff

Went in today and had the worst experience I've ever had. I needed assistance with finding a drink for my wife. Helpful staff led me to what I was looking for. She also checked me out. I declined the receipt and a bag. BIG mistake! As I'm leaving, I hear "You gonna pay for that!" I didn't pay it any attention as it doesn't pertain to me. Plus I'm helping someone get out the door with their buggy. I hear it again, "You gonna pay for that!" and I hear the clerk that checked me out say "he did!" As I turn around, all the customers at the counter is staring right at me. I felt so embarrassed. I don't think I'll ever come back there. **************UPDATE*********
That was a year ago, I recently visited and it hasn't been bad. A lot of the times, they don't have what I'm looking for (Martell Blue Swift) but when it comes to the wine my wife and I drink. They usually have it.

My absolute best place for breakfast their biscuits and gravy can't be beat. Had lunch also got a turkey sandwich in a pita best turkey sandwich I've ever had so rich I ate half and grandson took half to work and he raved over it too. ( He is not crazy for turkey)

My go-to liquor store!
The staff here are very knowledgeable and helpful finding a good drink in whatever price range you have, even offering comparable alternatives to items they don't have in stock.

I’m not sure who this David guy is (comment below) but he honestly doesn’t know what he’s talking about! The new owners of this store are amazing and have really changed the store only in positive ways. Sometimes you have to let go of employees who are hurting your business and the public only sees surface level interactions. Legacy wine and spirits has everything you could possibly need in a liquor store plus great employees and owners! One of the owners, Michele, really took her time with me trying to find my favorite wine. I’ll be back!

Was a great place with good variety, but the new owners are clueless and chasing out the employees that made it a great experience. All good things come to an end at some point.
