Charlie Langston is one of the most honest people I know. He is direct and truthful in what my vehicle needed and he fixed it in a reasonable amount of time. One part had to be ordered, it was done quickly and efficiently.

‼️⚠️COMPLETE SCAM & OVER PRICED⚠️‼️ I took my jeep there to get my ball joints replaced. Charles told me that they could do it. My car was there over a week. I told him I wanted to pick my car up because they were holding my car and not working on my vehicle .Charles told me I had to pay a re stock fee because they had to SPECIAL order the parts ( WHICH WAS A LIE). HE was also charging me $1,551.00 to fix my car. I had my car towed to another shop. My car was fixed the same day and I only had to pay 400.00. And they did not have to special order any parts. COMPLETE RIP OFF. He also lied to me about starting on my car , I asked him what all did he do to it so far he stated “ they took the tire off “ my car was there a week and all they did was take the tire off . & made me pay $138 to get my car.

Which I had Langston in Texas. I had been taking my cars to him since I started driving at 16 I’m 28 now. Definitely a good mechanic and works with your payments. Can’t beat that !

Paid 1800 dollars to get my oil sending unit fixed and a new oil pump put on drove for one week and my oil losing pressure please shut off vehicle like came back on one week later after it was fixed they also said it'd be a month or two before they can get it back in the shop

I bought my car in for some rear end work and it was done well. But they failed to mention that they bent one of my aftermarket 22inch rims? I didn't even mention it because all they will say is that they didn't do it. My rim wasn't bent when I bought it in, and it's the same wheel in which where my mechanical problems began. Lesson learned to check all of your car when picking it up? since I haven't done this I bought a new rim and it still appears I have a slight wobble and feels like I have a warped rotor or something. But at $1400 I still have an issue with the same wheel. I won't bring it back because if they would have test drove it they would have noticed it.Service: Steering/Suspension

Langston's Auto is a 5 out of 5. Chico Road and Asher Avenue bring their cars in when they don't know what to do or how to fix. For the new high school close by- just take it to Langston's and if ya people to guess what's under the hood when you left um standing that's your #1 stop

I will of course be biased of this shop as it is my father in law's shop. However my review rings true. Mr. Langston will always be honest with repair work and will never ever charge you more than required. If he is unable to do the repair he will be upfront and not bill you for unnecessary work. His staff are all down to earth and have a good working knowledge of many retail car brands. If you want a more down to earth one-on-one experience when you seek car care, you can't do any better than here. And if you have a need of a used vehicle at a fair price, he has those too.

The guys at Langston's are experienced, courteous, professional, and downright good at what they do. Most of all, they're honest. We have a fleet of vehicles, as well as our employees' personal vehicles. Langston's has proven to have talented and dedicated mechanics, but they also stand behind their work, and most of all, charge fairly for their work. They're good corporate citizens, too. They have helped a lot of people over the years. I highly recommend taking your cars to Langston's!

So glad I decided to use these guys. They're right next door from the company I work for. I'm new to this office and had no understanding why we weren't using them for our fleet of vehicles. So, I took mine in for a check up and the rest is history. Langston's is now our go to mechanic. They do great work and I totally recommend them.
