Great Administrator! Very polite & Helpful. Units are new and well maintained!They have a Dog Park, Gym & clubhouse! Super nice pool and Very nice accommodations! Will definitely look into this area.

First, I would like to say that Miss Heather is the most respectful and Professional person I've had the pleasure of being around. Always greets with a smile and she keeps me posted on special events. I love the food truck days and clubhouse gatherings. I never lived at a complex where there's alot of fellowship festivities. Landmarks just have family and home feel too it and I'm blessed to be apart of this community. Thank you Miss Heather and Landmark family for this wonderful living experience. Couldn't ask for a better place to live.

Very sadden about my experience so far. It is very unorganized and not people centered. I have had a number issues since I moved in and they are still not repaired. It's as if noone is on the same page. I understand new build issues, but what about an inspection before moving someone in.Then not helping the tenants who are paying thousands of dollars!

The grounds are regularly kept up. The leasing office has always been responsive and kind. Work orders are filled promptly. There are property events such as food truck night, yoga, and boot camp classes. The app is a great resource and they do a great job using it to communicate with the landmark community. I very happy I chose to live at Landmark Apartments.

The staff: Heather, Jessica, and Charlie were amazing! They were patient with my roommate and I and assisted us on any questions and concerns we had throughout the move-in process. I’ve enjoyed my experience with them a lot and hope to call this place home.

The leasing staff is absolutely devine. I enjoyed my experience there touring with Charlie Perez. Such a charming young man that knew the answers to all my questions. Canyon view properties is a great company.

Great stuff all the way around! Highly recommend if you’re looking for something new and away from the city! Jessica was very helpful in the front office. If you have time stop by and take a tour! You won’t be disappointed!

Can’t wait to move out. This is a nice apartment, until you dig in. Everything is dirty, and the place was cheaply built yet they still want a premium because it’s near Chenal. You can hear the people talking in all surrounding walls almost like there is zero insulation, the apartment was disgusting when I moved in and had to be deep cleaned, and they want to go up to $1800 to renew lease on a one bedroom. The valet trash service is a joke, and disgusting. We are grown people, take your own trash out. Instead it piles up in the hallways like this is the slums. I am in building 2 right where you come in the gate, and have photos attached of the hallway by their model apartment.
