In the world today, no one does their job and no one cares. Completely not true at this dealership. This was my third visit to the service department and it was continued to exceed. I have visited dealer ship in Memphis actually where I purchased my Defender. So I can compare them a 0 and a 10. I was ready to sell my defender before I tried Little Rock dealership… now I will continue to drive a Land Rover because of the excellent service.

Kelly is amazing! I learn so much from her each time I show up for oil changes and troubleshooting. I drive a lot in a year so knowing the details about my car is super important to me. Land Rover Little Rock provides excellent service and the family atmosphere can’t be beat. Feeling safe and informed on the road is priceless. This allows me to leap into the next adventure with confidence and peace. I’m so thankful for all at Land Rover Little Rock. Highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from them!

I had an emergent situation with a tire that left me on the side of the interstate. The team @ Land Rover Little Rock was very fast to get me the assistance that I needed and had my vehicle repaired for me within the same business day.

Kelli is absolutely awesome. I cannot say enough about how hard this lady works and keeps a smile on her face. They’re lucky to have her. I also can’t say enough about the Service Manager Matt and the service department helping me out through a very unique repair. Much appreciated! Lastly, because I spent so much time in their lobby over the course a few weeks, I got to know the sales managers and had some great conversations. Brandon and his team are down to earth dudes, happy to take care of me. Despite the disappointment with my Land Rover’s diesel filter, the service and sales team took great care of this repeat customer.

The experience that I had with Little Rock Land Rover was a great one. Miss Frizzelle, the service advisor greeted me in a professional manner. Her level of expertise was evident at the first moment I met her. She demonstrated a high-level of knowledge about the Land Rover brand. Her hospitality Superseded any dealership that I have encountered. Her caring attitude demonstrated what the Land Rover service is really all about. She was a shining star during a stressful time.
