I had a great experience getting my drug test done for work at this location. The staff was friendly and quick. Ty was extremely personable and kind.

Overall a decent experience. I wouldn't say the person who helped me was friendly but I wouldn't say she was rude either. They were pretty busy and she was just trying to do her job as quickly as possible. She got me in and had all my blood drawn pain free within minutes. It also didn't seem like anything was unsanitary.The only thing I would say is don't bother checking in online. That whole process seems flawed because we received texts and then by the time we got up to the 7th floor we had to let them know again as we saw other people that checked in after us, being helped before us. We only had to wait an extra 10-15 mins but I would recommend checking in with the kiosk.

Have no idea why this place has bad reviews? Very sweet lady took care of me. The process was fast, convenient, and pleasant.

The online process was easy. Insurance accepted. Show up for blood test with everything I assume I need according to the site. Show up and was refused because I didn't have an order number, told me to call and get order number from organization. They told me to tell them it's for state athletic commission. The lady still refused. Called another place and explained the situation, they told me to come on in and will get me taken care of.Don't go to Labcorp if you don't have too. They don't want to work & won't work with you. The place was empty and they were laughing & having a good time though ?

Extremely rude. Staff yelled at another person sitting in the waiting room when they didn't answer quickly. She also called my name and didn't even hold the door and or show me where to go. I had to walk down the hallway to find her. She was about as friendly as a porcupine. From the previous reviews, it appears this location treats everyone like this.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is truly awful!! I came in for what should have been a quick blood draw, and I had an appointment in the morning cause I had to fast for at least 12 hours before hand. Well, I ended up sitting there for 2 hours past my appointment time starving and about to pass out from Low blood sugar, and freezing, because it felt like they kept the waiting room at 40 degrees.When I finally asked someone when they were going to get me in, (cause I was afraid they didn't know about my appointment or something), they brushed me off. And then about 20 minutes later they finally call me back, and the lady is rude as hell!!! I try to talk to her and make conversation and she just basically ignores me and then was super rough with the blood draw and made it hurt! I was so upset when I left, I swore I'd never go there again, and I won't! Thankfully, Benton has a LabCorp location with a lovely staff and a much shorter wait time!

Use another , the staff here dont listen when a client tells them i can now give you a urine sample . Go wait in the Waiting room Im told . I wasted 2 hours here . Thank You Labcorp.

Just had pre-employment blood work completed at the Labcorp on University and it has to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The employee who drew my blood was so rude that I was completely flabbergasted to even say anything about my visit. It wasn’t until after my blood was already drawn that I realized she never changed her gloves before or after she had me sit down, or even sanitize her hands. Additionally, I can only assume she reused a tourniquet on me because she left it yyhanging on the wall to use on the next person. She was unnecessarily rough pulling and adjusting my arm because she was having difficulty finding the vein. The only positive thing I can say is that I can be a tough stick and I didn’t feel the needle when she completed the venipuncture. While this was a pleasant surprise it doesn’t offset the sanitation issue between patients. I will never return to this Labcorp and will file a complaint with the company.

I don't understand the negative reviews but my experience was simple with the technician. The man and lady that works on the 7th floor were doing their job and did it okay in my book. I was out of there quickly.

The woman who drew my blood was upset bc I made a comment I had to wait for a long time so she was very rough with me and pulled the needle down so it would hurt. She should loose her job for trying to make the patients suffer. She is pathetic.

I went to LabCorp today in Little Rock at the Doctors Building and I was incredibly uncomfortable, there was blood splattered all over the biohazard box, on the wall, and what looked to be on the tray containing "clean" instruments. My intuition told me not to let them touch me with a needle. I pointed it out to the technician who, without looking up, said "they told me that they clean it ". When I asked her to look at what I was describing she confirmed that it was in fact blood, and that apparently blood splattering out of the biohazard box is normal. I pointed out that there was a clean instrument tray directly under the biohazard box and pointed to what looked to be dots of dried blood. The spots on the instrument tray were brown but matched the patterning of the red spots on the wall and on the biohazard box. I've never been more appalled in a clinic or a lab. I reported this to the administration at the doctors building and they told me they would be back in touch, I sure hope they are.On top of all of this the lab tech is incredibly rude and rough. I've had my blood drawn from her once before and had a similar experience. Today she asked me how I was today and before I could even open my mouth to answer she started asking me other questions. She was completely dismissive of the fact that there was clearly a sanitary issue .I will need to find another location to have my blood drawn because I'll never trust this lab again.
