All Kroger Stores have sorry management now-a-days, the management doesn't care and neither do the employees, especially the store on Chenal Parkway! I avoid that store at all costs!

Visited the store, girlfriend attempted to buy a mix and match 6 pack of beer that was advertised. Got to the checkout and the associate did not know anything about it. Supervisor was at the other end and would not help resolve the issue. We stood there for 10-15 minutes waiting for someone to assist us. Left without the beer. Terrible customer service.

Quick service. Especially w/ a 2 Iane drivethru and a machine that automates quite abit of the pointless busy work, so they concentrate on getting our meds outBut they are at Iunch between 1pm-1:30pm.

I am so Blessed to have Kroger Pharmacy. Jeff, Jackie, Elizabeth, and Cody are Awesome. Everyone in the pharmacy go above and beyond to help me with any questions I might have. They are all so honest and I can trust anything they tell me.

Honestly, this Kroger seems to have major issues going on. Most employees seem to have a disdain for their jobs. Management is never available for the phone or in person. And lastly, the store is just simply dirty. I really hate this because this was the first Kroger that I really enjoyed going to and now, I'd rather pay more elsewhere to stay away from the issues they have.

I stopped in at Kroger on the way home this evening for a few items. I found that several items were on sale with digital coupons and also several items were on sale with a Kroger Plus card. When I tried to pull up the digital coupons on my phone, the app said it needed to be updated. Unfortunately my phone was out of memory and could not update the app. The other items were on sale with a by five save five deal. When I got to the self-checkout I asked the attendant if she could assist me with the digital coupon. I explained the app on my phone was outdated. She told me I needed to update my app. I explained I was out of memory and could not do so. She said she couldn't help me that I had to do it myself. I know from past experience the customer service agent at the checkout can adjust prices readily. I decided not to challenge her. As I checked out my buy five save five items did not reflect the discounted price. When I brought this to Service agents attention she sent someone to verify the price. That individual returned and said the item was not on sale. In frustration I said thanks anyway and left the store with no items. When I returned home I looked up the by five say five items online. Indeed they were on sale.I'm not sure why the customer service individual was so unhelpful. The store was not overly busy and I was polite and respectful in my request. Poor service seems to happen more in the late evening at kroger. Perhaps Kroger management needs to observe and be available in non peak hours as well.

My wife and I typically like to knock out our "to do" list early on Saturdays. We waited until after 8am to do the grocery shopping today so that we could pick up the prescriptions at the same time. The pharmacy was closed and the sign on the wall said they were open from 9am-6pm. When did that change? We finished the grocery shopping at 8:40am and went home. At 12:50pm we received a second automated phone call that our prescriptions were ready. I jumped in the car and headed down there. They had cones across the drivethrough and the shades were drawn so I went inside. Closed again. I caught a pharmacy tech coming back with his lunch and asked him why they were closed. He said they are closed from 1:00-1:30pm on Saturdays. I pointed to the sign that said 9am-6pm and he said that there was another sign that said something else. I guess that's supposed to make it okay. Looks like we'll go back a third time. And perhaps transfer everything to Cornerstone Pharmacy which delivers!

Love click list! The gentlemen that work back there are amazing and so helpful. I love using the app to create my list and then just being able to pick it up. Sometimes there are substitutions, just like when I walk in and there’s no stock. I appreciate that they let me know and ask if the substitutions are okay. Remember to tip these guys because this is a great service!

Everyone here is a gem, except an employee named Rebecca. She is rude, mean, and obstinate. She raised her voice to my nephew after asking him a question and miss hearing his answer. She also yelled at my wife on the phone because her signal was bad. She’s very abrupt, has a tattoo on her neck, and has the least desirable bedside manner of anyone in the store.I will say the pharmacy has great prices. And it’s for this reason, and the other really nice people there, that I’ve given 2 stars. But Rebecca spoils everything else.

2 hours waiting for a grocery pick up. They charged me very quickly but can't seem to find a place to get a refund after two hours of waiting. Why can other companies get this but your store can't?
