Kroger has many items at lower prices than many other grocery stores and their staff are cheery and very helpful. Unlike some other grocery stores where no help was available to assist customers. I am only 4'11 and unable to reach items on upper shelves, so I went all over one store asking for assistance, after finding not one person a very nice customer helped me to get the item on an upper shelf. I like Kroger pharmacy as well as for getting flu shots ect it doesn't take all day and when picking up a Rx it takes only a few minutes to complete and the staff is really nice and efficient.

Who doesn't have a designated drop-off spot? I get to stand in a long line just to drop off a script, then she says she can't tell me the cost for it for 15+ minutes.Customer service is a joke these days. Corporations raising prices while cutting services.

Here at Geyer Springs every one does their best to make sure you get your prescription is accurate and you get ANY questions answered correctly. They also try to get a cheaper price especially if your insurance either will not cover your prescription, or your co-pay is more than a card would would cost you.

After many months of poor service at another pharmacy, I made the spontaneous decision to move all my prescriptions to Kroger last night. I only had one pill left of one prescription and worried all night that by moving my records so quickly, I would have to do without my meds for a few days while records were transferred. I stopped by Kroger this morning to see if I could do anything to speed up the process, and was told we just needed to wait on the doctor to call in a new prescription. I waited a few hours, then checked back with pharmacy to see if doctor had called in new prescription, AND he had called it in, the pharmacy had it waiting on my to pick it up! The pharmacy personnel were so friendlly, very helpful, and professional. I noticed they had several employees available to service three windows, and no one had to wait in line more than a couple of minutes. No one was stressed because of poor service. The employee that waited on me had a smile throughout our transaction. I am very glad I made the transfer to Kroger Pharmacy.
