I've been using the Kroger Pharmacy at W. Markham and Rodney Parham for probably 15 years because it was somewhat convenient. I've never really had much interaction with the pharmacists, but what I have had was decent enough. BUT, the techs...it's freaking hit or miss if you get a nice one. I was there this morning ( Aug 24,2024 at 10 am) and if surly was a look, I sure to hell got it from the tech. I always make a point to say hi , be pleasant and say my name and I barely got to the counter and she said "what is your date of birth". All I got was a glare like she didn't care if I was dead or alive. Like I said I have had some nice ones, but 85 % of the time it's pretty bad. I'm going to try to find another pharmacy. If you hire people like this then you will keep getting crappy ratings. I know customer service seems to be going away but this is a joke and you are better off automating the counter someway than having staff like that.

I went in to get a pack of Mucinex D. No prescription required. The only thing needed is to show a valid ID. When I asked the tech if I could buy it there she asked the person in charge, the pharmacist, Bobbie Davidson. The pharmacist proceeds to say 1. She didn’t know and then says to the tech that the tech should tell the pharmacist if they do. 2. The pharmacist then says that I need to have a prescription from my doctor. 3. She then says that I need to have my prescriptions filled there in order to purchase. Here’s the thing. Every pharmacist in town knows the rules but for some reason Bobbie isn’t up to speed on who actually runs the pharmacy or what the guidelines are. In any case, she made the Kroger experience unnecessarily terrible. Do yourself a favor, skip Kroger and go to Don’s pharmacy. It’s a much better experience.

Made the mistake of doing an order pickup. I scheduled it for 5 and got a call while I was at work saying it would be pushed back to 6:30. I got here at the time they told me and almost every pickup spot was full. I never received my groceries and it does look like any of the other people waiting did either.

Several pharmacy Tech is RUDE, NASTY Attitude. Worse customer service EVER!! Tara was the most respectful, sweet, customer service friendly and all the above. I just called for a refill (9/22/23) and the tech tone the entire time was RUDE and nasty. I only stayed after Tara left because my 89 year old mother use this location because it's close her home as well as mines, but she really don't care for this location including the store. RUDE WORKERS!!!!!!!!! Might be time for a change!!!

This Kroger pharmacy has the worst customer service ever! It’s is consistently bad every month that I complete my refills. In any business where you deal with people, it will be stressful. If you accept the job, you need to learn how to still provide a pleasant experience for the customer despite the chaos you may be experiencing with orders. I’ve moved to a small local pharmacy that actually greets me as I enter and assist with helping me find the best price for my prescription meds. Do better!

Heavy set black girl that works the window in the pharmacy might be the rudest person I've encountered in any business I've ever been to. I will never go back to that kroger ever again. I came through the drive through window on 2/23/23 at 9am

Two women in the pharmacy are very rude. Been getting my medicine filled here for over 20 years, taking my business elsewhere.
