Customer service is Awful the pharmacist is a liar, and her tech is a liar, and I really hate that. Our seniors have to put up with these types of people I will never ever ever use that pharmacy.

Needed to make a flight and the doctor promised the prescription would be ready. The pharmacy had not begun working on it, but fast tracked it for me and I was out in 5Minutes. Thank you.

I just want to shout out Kyle at the pharmacy inside of Kroger on Roosevelt.. God knows and I can imagine some of his challenges working there. But I was raised and grew up going to this Kroger. It is always nice to see people show a little compassion and a little concern for others and Kyle showed just that! He went above and beyond to help. So It makes me happy because I can only imagine he is treating our elders that still live in our old hood good! Thanks Kyle and Team!

Morgan and Tanyon went above and beyond in providing outstanding customer service to my family. They're an asset to Kroger's pharmacy.

Nicest staff of any Krogers I've been to. Good selection of items and everything is fairly priced. I wish the Krogers company would put some money into this location because it desperately needs updating.

I called on a Saturday to have an anti-depressant med filled, since my pharmacy was closed on weekends. Kroger told me that because I had switched to Little Rock Mental Health Pharmacy, that they wouldn't fill it. Today I'm at LRCMH and my pharmacy here said Kroger filled it and I was charged my Insurance! I called Kroger to verify and surely enough, they filled it without telling me, while refusing to help when I needed them on Saturday! I cancelled that order, had them put it back on the shelf, and unbill my insurance. If you want the BEST PHARMACY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH TRY LITTLE ROCK COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH PHARMACY.

I am a terminally ill cancer patient. These are the nicest most helpful people that I have ever encountered. They give me hope along with my medicine. Thank you all for being so nice to me.
