WORST grocery store in LR. I had to Check out and Sack my $165.00 worth of groceries.... 1/2 self check out lines closed and ONE check out line open. Long lines everywhere. Truly this store needs to close. It feels dirty and boxes everywhere. And on top of that with a very few exceptions ( Corey, Clifford, Micheal) the Employees are rude. NEVER GOING BACK! Go to KROGER on Hwy 10. A true grocery store. It's amazing the difference!

The Kroger on Rodney Parham is Horrible! I have been going here for years on and off and it's getting worse by the year. At the self-check-out, you have to watch out for this lady that is very tall, lighter complexion with grey hair. She has a very strong personality. She is the Mall Cop of Kroger's. She is always thinking everyone is stealing and she loves to order you around loudly. She does not have real communication skills unless she is having a great day! I have witnessed people arguing with her and she her flustered all the time. I am a Army Veteran and try to keep my cool. Just today I had an item at the bottom of my cart that I scanned last, but it was too big for a bag. She walks behind me and asks, " You didn't forget your paper towels did you." and I told her, "No, ma'am I already scanned those." Don't you know she asked to see my receipt. I gave her my receipt for no further drama but if she would have been paying attention, rather than running her mouth she would have saw I scanned it without trying to accuse me of stealing. There is also a lady at the checkout line of Asian descent that is very rude to black women. I have witnessed on two separate occasions of women putting her in her place for being rude. I also have been in her line with a full buggy and because she didn't want to check me out, she was slinging and tossing my food across the belt. I let her know that it was uncalled for and rude. Management is a joke here as well. They need workers bad and because they have to keep what they have nothing is ever done. I avoid them at all costs, but whenever I can't find certain noodles or pizzas for my daughter I have to go inside. I will only use the new machines with the conveyor belt to further avoid all human interaction.

Went here yesterday for gas. Couldn't use card at the pumps. No big deal. Went to the window and attendant was on her phone and just kept talking after seeing me standing there. Big deal

Worst pharmacy they talk to you like your a kid. Yell at you like you can’t hear them. Just rude! You will tell them the name and they will ask birthdate, because can’t spell then ask you for the name, but can’t read. knowing you just told her the full name. Then laugh at you, because they’re childish.

Worst Kroger in Little Rock! Not enough help in the deli, dirty floor - needs replacement, computer system shuts down, no sanitizing wipes for carts, on and on?

The check out is so slow. Need much better training and management if the front end. I worked grocery store for many years in many different departments. I'm loyal to Kroger but shopping at this one is painful.

Cannot say this pharmacy has always been perfect, and like everywhere times are particularly rough right now. That being said, using auto-refill and getting text notifications when a prescription is ready has been a lifesaver, almost literally. Stay strong Kroger Pharmacy folks, and you too customers.

This pharmacy is a mess. It takes forever to get a prescription filled-multiple calls, multiple trips to pick it up. Poor communication with my physician’s office. They never call when you have something ready. They are not polite. I have tried to make it work because of the convenience of the drive thru, but I am switching pharmacies.

The employees are almost no help. I called today with a concern and question and after waiting on hold for 30 minutes they acted like they didn't have time for my question nor cared to help me solve the issue I had at hand.. And this is not the first problem I have had with them. It's like they do not know what they are doing, and if you do finally get someone to help you (if they get off of there cell phones long enough they aren't very friendly) I have been going there for about 2 years now and I DO NOT plan to ever go back. I am extremely disappointed. I will be taking my business to Walmart from here on out. And you should do the same.

Knowledgeable pharmacists who will gladly answer any questions about your prescription medication. In my experience they also notify you of any potential problems with a new medication and the ones you are already taking. Very helpful folks.
