I must have great insurance because I never had a problem here. Despite seeing new faces every so often the staff on hand has remained pleasant, professional and courteous. It has been many times a Pharmacy Tech was busy and the Pharmacist have seen me in line waiting and came over to assist me. If that is not teamwork then I don’t know what is. On the rare time The Pharmacy did not have a prescription, the Pharmacy Technician called other Kroger pharmacies on my behalf to check stock. Prescription are filled fast. I have been with this pharmacy for close to three years and not once had a problem.

I stood waiting for balloons for 10 minutes. Called the store and got no answer. This is the second Kroger I went to for the same reasons.

The pharmacists and assistants are helpful. They have most of what I need, but it's not the largest Kroger Pharmacy in the area if you have something unusual or an unusual quantity. Their online ordering and payment is easy & convenient and makes picking up an Rx quick & seemless. They keep GoodRx on file and Kroger Rx plan which can make the Rx less than a copay.

when someone orders delivery there should be a way to make sure only those items are purchased. I had $57 added to what I ordered for things I didn't order or receive. Customer service said I would get my money in 7-10 business days. I didn't. I called back & was told it wasn't processed and would now get it in 7-10 business days. it's been 8 & I don't have it. I would think you could put my money back as quickly as it was taken. I would think you could expedite this after falling to submit it.

Worst customer service received today during pickup. I called during scheduled time to say that car was stuck in ice and it would be later today that I could hopefully get there. They left refrigerated and frozen food out and still gave the food to me. I got home and my frozen items were completely thawed. When I called to get the order corrected and to file a complaint, the employee had an attitude and kept asking me what I want to do about it. I repeated multiple times that I needed this fulfilled. I asked to speak to manager. Manager was rude. I realized an item was left off the original list in the discussion and the employee said “why didn’t you tell my manager that when you spoke the first time? That’s on you.” He refused to assist me and stopped speaking to me. The manager basically told me they get so much business that they didn’t need my business. I will never give them any more of my money!

I like this Pharmacy, they have a great staff. But “ they can’t be trusted “ when you get your prescription filled pay attention on what you’re supposed to get and what they give you!!!!!

We have filled here for a few years without any issue. Ran into a pretty serious situation recently when we left our daughters insulin at the lake and needed some ASAP. They worked it out and helped us avoid paying hundreds for a vial OR going without. Chad is the MAN! - Thanks

Awful management. People heads hime from work—a busy time—limited self-check-out ( 5 of 12 open) with only one staffed check-out. Customers were lined up down the aisles waiting to check out. No one answered the phone because I attempted calling while standing in line. Despicable!!!
