I don't think I've ever been anywhere that the employees could not care less about customer service. They are quite friendly...with each other. Very talkative with each other but could not be bothered by someone who actually needs assistance. To be fair: Walmart is no better.

Visited the store, girlfriend attempted to buy a mix and match 6 pack of beer that was advertised. Got to the checkout and the associate did not know anything about it. Supervisor was at the other end and would not help resolve the issue. We stood there for 10-15 minutes waiting for someone to assist us. Left without the beer. Terrible customer service.

Honestly, this Kroger seems to have major issues going on. Most employees seem to have a disdain for their jobs. Management is never available for the phone or in person. And lastly, the store is just simply dirty. I really hate this because this was the first Kroger that I really enjoyed going to and now, I'd rather pay more elsewhere to stay away from the issues they have.

I stopped in at Kroger on the way home this evening for a few items. I found that several items were on sale with digital coupons and also several items were on sale with a Kroger Plus card. When I tried to pull up the digital coupons on my phone, the app said it needed to be updated. Unfortunately my phone was out of memory and could not update the app. The other items were on sale with a by five save five deal. When I got to the self-checkout I asked the attendant if she could assist me with the digital coupon. I explained the app on my phone was outdated. She told me I needed to update my app. I explained I was out of memory and could not do so. She said she couldn't help me that I had to do it myself. I know from past experience the customer service agent at the checkout can adjust prices readily. I decided not to challenge her. As I checked out my buy five save five items did not reflect the discounted price. When I brought this to Service agents attention she sent someone to verify the price. That individual returned and said the item was not on sale. In frustration I said thanks anyway and left the store with no items. When I returned home I looked up the by five say five items online. Indeed they were on sale. I'm not sure why the customer service individual was so unhelpful. The store was not overly busy and I was polite and respectful in my request. Poor service seems to happen more in the late evening at kroger. Perhaps Kroger management needs to observe and be available in non peak hours as well.

2 hours waiting for a grocery pick up. They charged me very quickly but can't seem to find a place to get a refund after two hours of waiting. Why can other companies get this but your store can't?

Ordered Delivery, charged, never came. I called them, they told me to call Instacart, who told me to call Kroger. Kroger manager never answers. I had to call the Kroger Delta Division to get a credit. 7-10 business days until I get it. This is a scam.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I have shopped at Kroger for most of my life, but I'm done!! Because my husband and I are high risk for COVID, we placed an order online, to pick up at the store. I arrived at the scheduled time and checked in - then waited 40 minutes. I asked an employee how much longer it might be, since I had another appointment. I was told they had not done my shopping yet, and I should come back later. I went to my appointment, and returned about 45 minutes later, then checked in again. I waited a full hour this time, before tracking down an employee and asking, "How much longer?" I was told my order was ready and would be right out. It finally arrived about 15 minutes later - missing several key items - and with substitutions that made no sense. Two days later, still needing my missing items, I placed a Kroger online order for a different location. About an hour before my scheduled pickup time, I received a text saying it would be 2 hours late. About 30 minutes later, I received a text saying that my order would be ready on time. Since we live 30 minutes from the store, my husband left home and headed to Kroger. About the time he arrived, we received another text stating that the order would be one hour late. My husband ran a couple of errands, then arrived at Kroger - at what we now believed would be the appropriate time - and checked in. Forty-five minutes later, an employee brought out someone else's order, and tried to load it in my husband's truck. My husband told the employee his name and asked, "How much longer?" The employee said he would check - then disappeared - never to be seen again. After waiting over an hour - my husband found another employee, who said they were running at least two hours behind, and claimed that they had been keeping us apprised of the new time. My husband said that wasn't true, and the jerk began arguing with him. Finally, my husband just canceled the entire order and drove to Walmart - where he literally risked his life to go inside and shop. What the actual hell? Pick up orders have to be placed well in advance, so Kroger should be fully aware of staffing needs during busy times! If they are unable to fill pick up orders, for whatever reason, then STOP advertising the service and STOP taking orders!! This level of ineptitude is shocking and inexcusable!!!

Pick-up is convenient and helps us stay distant during the pandemic. However, the shoppers have messed up our order or selected bad produce too many times. You have to go in the store to resolve problems/return bad produce. Never thought I'd say this, but Walmart is actually better.

This store used to be a 5 star a store. They are following in Walmart's shoes. No checkers, mostly self checkout. Remove the bagger stations and use the bag carousel. Why pay two people, one to check and the other to bag? Put the bagger as a checker. A waist of payroll. There used to be visible management at checkout, now there's nothing. Looks like fresh market, Trader Joe's, or Whole Foods.

Only two checkers and it is 10am on Monday morning. Long line at both registers and at self checkout.

This store use to be very good, but lately they often only have 2 cashiers working. Today they had at least 8 customers in each of the lines plus a long line for the self checkouts. They focus more on the online shoppers than the ones in the store

I stopped by this morning to get a couple of cupcakes from the bakery and had the most lovely customer service experience with Jessica in the bakery. She immediately stopped what she was doing to ask if I needed help, stopped what she was doing to help me, and was incredibly sweet and helpful in general. I was having a rough morning and this made it a little better. Thank you Jessica!

The Kroger Store overall is a beautiful store; design, location, and abundance of items/sales. However; The Store Lead Manager "Mr. Roach," has to be the worst person they put in control off this Store. I was rudly accused of stealing the shirt I wore into the store. (I had $500 in my pocket.) Instead of investing, if I was a thief through video evidence, through their security! I was approached, embarrassed, & Out-Right Angry being accused that I was an Unhonest person. Mr Roach never as so much offered even one single Apology for being wrong and treating me in such a unjustified dignity. He more or less giggled that he was in the right to treat people how he wants. I sincerely fell terrible for the employees who have to work under such a person. & Hope this Kroger Company evaluates their current Management

This place is huge; it's like trying to be a small Walmart. They have a whole pharmacy department, and lots of home goods stuff like towels and stuff. I can't speak to how the staff were, or the runaway cart situation on windy days, but they had katsuobushi tsuyu, without msg in it, for $4. I haven't tried it yet, but this is something I haven't been able to find anywhere in the US, including Asian grocery stores. They had my favorite toothpaste too, which even Whole Foods didn't have last time I checked. And they had red curry paste, so I don't need to go to the overpriced, toilet-smelly Fresh Market anymore. And they had nice-looking house plants. If you're looking for something specific, check out this place! The produce section, alas, wasn't impressive. Same as most Krogers'. Whaddaya gonna do.
