We bought wood beveled siding for our 130 year old home and our carriage house in the Central High Hist District. Only 400.00 worth this trip - but they would’ve gotten more business. We are 2-3 miles from Kauffman. Paid 40.00 for delivery—-20.00 was fuel charge. Worth it to us to unload it professionally.We were suppose to get a call so we could open our large street side gate to unload into a secure yard. We are a corner property so no problem.We woke to pouring rain early Monday with hand stacked lumber dumped onto our front walkway. No call. Not even a doorbell ring.When my husband asked why such an unprofessional delivery - Kaufman's management didn’t seem concerned nor did they offer any help.Im sure we aren’t the biggest customer however my husband was a building engineer before retirement. He still gets calls for recommendations.And living 40 years in a neighborhood full of 1900s homes - we ask each other about suppliers and contractors when we all work on our homes. Guess who won’t get a good review.

A very huge thank you to the gentleman who sat with my daughter outside while she waited for her ride. She got off at the wrong greyhound stop while traveling from TX to visit Arkansas. He was the only person who was kind enough to help her. She was able to charge her phone and wait for her ride to drive an hr and a half to get her. So thank you sir! Your kindness made a bad and stressful situation a bit better

I walked in and must have looked lost. The lady asked me if I needed help, they not only helped me, they gave great advice. Went above and beyond when I was definitely feeling defeated about fixing the giant hole in my kitchen floor alone. Highly recommend!
