Looks like they have a good selection... however we were there for over 30 minutes without a single staff member speaking to us. We have a full large house remodel ahead of us but we won't be spending any money with them.

I am only able to shop here about once out of every 10 times as they close at 5h30. I hate to give all my $ to Home Depot or Lowes but that's just the ways it's gonna be..

This google listing is maybe a bit confusing. There are multiple stores here, the lighting/design center as well as a rocking nice hardware store next door. I didn't need lights or design help, so no opinion on that store. The hardware store, however, is now our hands down favorite in the area. Clean store with uncluttered aisles - it's like a different world compared to most. Great selection of quality goods to my eye, the store seems to be run by people who care about details and practical needs. They even have a good variety of rental tools. Highly recommended.

I had the pleasure of working with Bri and all the staff building my new home! She was amazing, talented and professional! It was such a relief to have her help me with tile, carpet , lighting and hardware! Would highly recommend for all your home needs!

Walked in one associate did say Hello. I walked around looking at flooring samples for about 15 minutes. Several associates were walking around but no one ever asked if they could help me so I left. I will buy flooring somewhere else.

Had a great experience from the second I walked in the door. I came in with the idea of changing the light fixture in my master bedroom. Kayla greeted me with a smile and was more than helpful in answering my questions and even talked me into upgrading to a new ceiling fan that fit perfectly with everything I was looking for and more. She answered my ridiculous number of questions and kept a smile on her face the entire time. Will definitely look for her again when I come back!

Walked in ready to buy, but after spending ten minutes in the store unacknowledged , we walked out. We saw a few different associates throughout the store, but we were completely ignored by them all. We are a young couple, however, we came in dressed nicely and never would have imagined we’d be totally ignored. While one associate was working with a couple, another was standing behind the register and watched silently as we walked out…Never received a “hello,” “welcome in,” or even “thanks for coming.”Extremely poor customer service.
