Horrible customer service on March 10, 2023 around 12 noon. I was the only customer and she didn’t bother to greet me, acknowledge if I needed help, or say anything as I departed. I need stylish work shoes, but will shop someplace that has better customer service.

Went in here just to see what they had and the selection for shoes was pretty good. I'm always surprised at how many types of vans there are lol. The employees were pleasant and seemed happy to see me. That is itself is a reason to go back honestly.

My friends and I had a wonderful time at Journeys! The store was clean and neat. The salesperson who worked with us, Devin, was awesome! Very attentive and great advice. The rest of the staff was amazing as well giving us tips and advice on what product would suit our needs best. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE
