Great experience over here. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted and assisted in finding what I needed. The nice lady who helped us was extremely patient, not at all pushy, and provided helpful recommendations appropriately. I normally can’t stand shopping for clothes and dread the entire experience, the manager (wish I could remember her name) had been the associate helping us and made the entire experience extremely quick and got me exactly what I needed. Customer service 10/10, would recommend to a friend.

We had went to Men's warehouse first and left disappointed and empty handed then we decided to try Jos A Bank and met Doug he turned our experience into a great time we were able to buy a suit for my fiance to wear on our special day!!!
Thank you Doug for your help and if you are deciding on where to go I highly recommend Jos A Bank and ask for Doug.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The manager here was very rude and unprofessional during our return. My fiancé and I just returned two suit coat jackets. She had a rude disposition from the beginning, and initially said that we could not get a refund because the tags had been removed and it was “store policy.” She also said the suits were “damaged” because we had removed their tags.
However, I informed her their store policy online states that returning within 90 days with or without a receipt and with or without tags warrants a full refund. She then gave us a refund with a very disrespectful and begrudging attitude. Her customer service was HORRIBLE, and we will not be back to Jos A. Bank for any future needs. Very disappointed and frustrated by her horrible service. For reference, this manager was a Caucasian, older woman with white hair. The return was made April 20th, around 5 pm for a blue and grey suit jacket that were unworn.

I had a great experience during my first visit to the store. The staff was welcoming and friendly, and I am definitely looking forward to returning for more shopping.

When my boyfriend and I walked in today, there was only one other customer in the store at the checkout. No one greeted us, no one asked if we needed help finding something, but every employee saw us and looked at us throughout our time in the store. More customers came in and they were all greeted and asked multiple times if they needed help. We remained ignored. Employees looked at us and walked by us without a word. I was so angry, I asked my boyfriend if we could leave. I really hope this wasn’t an example of a micro-aggression, but it certainly felt like it. We will no longer shop with this company.

Folks.... had to get fitted for a Tuxedo at the last minute. Went to Joseph A Banks with a hope and a preyer. Billie took care of me. I can't say enough about the customer service here. Top notch. Come here first you will not be disappointed.

Unfortunately I came in, store wasn't busy but 3 associates, 2 with clients and 1 just stading behind counter doing something. Understood everyone was busy, but no acknowledgement until well after 10 minutes or so after walking around in circles around the associates
