There’s a lot of negative comments on Jai’s review’s, but in my experience, he genuinely is a stand up guy. He cares about his craft and does not take your arm and leg in bills. I give him my recommendation!

I took my car there because I had an oil leak and he fixed the problem on my 14 Mercedes E350 and I got it back and he charged me 540 to fix it. I drove it to work and it started smoking and leaking oil again so I took it back I was charged 540 again. It was 2 weeks he had it and I got it back and I notice it was making a funny noise so I looked under the hood and saw that he drilled holes in my oil cap to cover up the noise it had after he fixed it. I took it to the dealership and the want to charge me over 5,000 for an issue he did and yet he broken parts to fix the issue. Therefore I will file a small claim court lawsuit and I never wanted to be the cheapskate person to repair little at a time. I would rather have a more reliable mechanic that can point out issues beforehand instead of this cheapskate. If you got money go somewhere else cause you going to end up spending more money going to him so it’s pointless going there. Look at all the old cars that’s there, never been fixed I’m just saying!!

My BMW 7 series transmission was missing he charged $4000.00 never got fixed came out worse took him over a year.Complains and lying and blaming his suppliers.My attorney wrote him a letter then he made it run but not fixed.Other car Audi A4 charged $1200.00 car was not starting he got it started but killed the motor.Services: Transmission replacement

Jai's is absolutely amazing!!!!. I took my Mercedes in because of a red light battery on my dashboard. My car was fixed within the hour. I took it to a different place in Benton and was told my fob didn't work. I should consider scraping my car. I thank God I found Jai's. Jai and Aaron we very nice and the price was affordable. I am going back soon to have a few more things done. This is the place to go.

We brought our car to Jai’s and he said that he could fix it. He had the car for over six weeks. Every week he had a new story about why he hadn’t been working on it but that he was going to fix it. We called every week and there were constant excuses. Finally we were moving and he still hadn’t made progress and we decided to tow our car with us since he still had not fixed it. When we looked at the car after we had taken it we noticed that there was a piece of paneling missing from the drivers side door of the car. We called him and asked about it and he was very vague. Then we went back there in person and asked for it and also asked him to look for it. At that point he claimed that he had put the missing panel piece in the car in the back seat. We believed him because he always had a story, but we have now looked in our car and the missing panel piece is not there. He charged us for his time even though he he didn’t fix the car, and on top of that he returned it with a part that is now missing. We expect him to purchase the missing part or return the part that he still has. We suspect that he was using parts from our car to repair his other similar cars. Every time we call he is not there or has some excuse. Half the time they don't even answer the phone. We expect to be refunded the amount he charged us for service because he did not fix anything and in fact he returned the car worse then when he received it. We also expect for him to replace the missing piece that is an important part of our car.
