Took the car in for the second time in 6 months for the same part to be replaced. The service experience wasn't the best. I won't say everything as I don't want anyone to loose their job in this economy. One thing though, they called to tell me the vehicle would be ready in an hour as they were detailing it........when I picked it up, it wasn't as clean as when I'd dropped it off. There was bugs on the windshield that they just used the wipers to clean....It looked like they just used a hose to go over the car and left it as is. They did have a note on the bill with "complementary detail $89, no charge"......guess you get what you pay for.

Maybe now I'll get the General Manager Landon or Service Manager Matt to call me back but doubt it after reading other reviews of the dealership. Jim still has my number or text me if you don't want to talk. I had my 2018 Jaguar E-PACE towed in for a no start. I was 10 hrs away on a getaway with my wife and Jaguar towed it 3 hrs more south as this dealership was the closest. It was still under used certified. Jim the service consultant was great at first. But when I got my car back 3 weeks later as Jaguar towed it back to me in Wisconsin. I looked under the hood after reading the repair order. I saw they removed the frt bumper to replace the positive battery Cable. I was afraid because I just had it fixed as my local dealer damaged it too. The techs use a impact wrench to tighten the bumper retainers and they crack them. Yep my fear was true. It cost my dealership $1700.00 to fix it. They also damaged the firewall insulation. So after numerous attempts to get a manager to call me back to no avail. Jim tried and there sales people tried to get the managers to call back but nope. Who cares he's 13 hrs north of us in Wisconsin. Well I am headed to that area in July and I'll be paying a in person visit if I can't get this resolved. So I would say don't ever use this dealership for service or sales. Because once they get paid they obviously don't care about you or your vehicle. I'll attach pictures of the damage so everyone can see. Yes the managers already received before and after pictures as well.

This place is horrible! Poor customer service I have ever experienced! I moved here from Texas where there the customer service was like light years away! I bring my car in here for me hitting a pothole! Here we are 2 months later with NO car! On top of that I ask for a loner… I was told oh we have them but someone has already spoken for them because “We will be working on their car for over 24 hours!!! Like me not have a CAR for 2 Months somehow does not compare! Even though this is the ONLY Jaguar dealer around here I will NEVER EVER BRING MY SERVICE OR ANYONE I KNOW HERE! I will now and forever go to Donnie’s Foreign Car for ANY service!Oh on top of that I went in to check on my car to find out somehow someone had scratched 3 of my four rims BADLY!

Do not take your car to be serviced at this dealership. The service department, “led” by the Service Manager do not know how to repair Jaguar automobiles. They have poor communication with each other, and the customers. I was talked to horribly by the service manager, who did not have the correct information on the maintenance in his department.

Be careful going here. They threw coffee on my car (pictures attached). They kept my vehicle 12 days and performed none of the services I checked off to have done on my vehicle. They simply did not want to do the work. The service department manager told us to our face he didn’t want to give us service (I’ll let you decide why.) I do not TRUST this dealership. I’ll tell every friend in my healthcare field not to go there. Reputation does matter. They didn’t want to give me a rental after they knew the service technician messed up my car while joyriding around in my SUV. I look forward to Little Rock getting a Porsche dealership because Jaguar is known for bad customer service for a reason. I was warned though by previous customers.

My wife has a 2002 Jaguar XK8 convertible. We only have 48,176 miles on it but, we have 2 issues: ASC trac lite comes on itermittantly even after replacing the bad wheel sensor and the rear view mirror falls down because of their incredibly d*** design! Tried to get an appointment with Little Rock Jaguar and found out they don't service any Jaguars older than 10 years! I guess that's quite a statement of how long they plan their new cars to last! We'll never have another one!

We noted the smell of fuel on the way home from picking up the car at its October service appt. This had not been present prior to their service. Took back to Owens Murphy. Upon inspection, they ordered the part. Due to parts delay and their prioritization, we finally had an appoint on Dec 19. Picked up the car later that week. Fuel is still leaking into the engine compartment. Have had no response back from our service advisor. Even more frustrating that they knew the car was still leaking fuel onto the engine. There is a complete disregard for the customer on multiple levels.

If I could leave zero starts I would do just that. My friend went here a few days ago and purchased what we thought was a beautiful 2022 Land Rover and turns out the car is very loud and when she went to wash it the decals went to falling off the car. No accommodations or anything was done. The wouldn’t even give her a better car the basically told her there was nothing they could do for her. I do not want to go into details about the other stuff but I DO NOT RECOMMEND that anyone buys a car from this location. They don’t care about the customers they just care about the sales and that’s sad and bad business.DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE.

First, let me note this is my first time ever writing a bad review.Overall, my experience from the salesman was satisfactory nothing over the top. My dissatisfaction is due to the GMs desire to accommodate the customer. His actions displayed that the only thing they truly care about is the bottom line and not overall customer satisfaction. I will not go in detail of the situation but at the end of the day the GM had the ability to provide an option to resolve the issue but chose not to. My wife is a military officer and I am an Air Force veteran and it’s sad, regardless of our occupation, that this establishment wasn’t willing to resolve the issue in which there would have been no impact to their bottom line.It’s sad that someone at the GM level doesn’t understand that there is also a cost associated with dissatisfied customers.If you decide to purchase a vehicle from this location just know that they are NOT customer centric and DO NOT put the customer first.

Got in my car for church Sunday and it was completely dead. Called Jaguar dealership Monday morning and they immediately dispatched roadside assistance tow truck, took my car from Hot Springs Village to Little Rock and installed a new battery. GREAT customer service always, but Kelli in service and Krista with Jaguar roadside assistance were AWESOME! I’ve never dealt with such a great dealership with great service! (And Jaguar has the best manufacturer warranty in the business!) Thank you!!
