I am enjoying some great features. Having been a AT&T customer for over 15 years, I was a bit nervous about switching, I am glad I did. Since switching I have been able to talk to a human being within a maximum of three minutes of calling and there are periodic phone calls from customer service to ensure I am satisfied with their device.
