Top quality furniture but less so when it comes to communication. With each of our many orders the sales personal provide an estimated delivery date and that date always comes and goes. Then worst of all they do not followup after their time frame expires. The management needs to insist sales people mark their calendars for the time frames they provide to customers and when that date arrives they really need to call the customer to provide an update. As it is now, weeks go by and the weeks turn into months and no one at Howse contacts you. It's as if after the initial sale they wash their hands of you. It's really unfortunate that the management allows this to happen. Be prepared for this if you choose to make a purchase.

DO NOT ONLINE ORDER5 emails, no communication1 phone call netted a sales individual in the Roger's headquarters saying that customer service work from home and that they only can be reached by email. Sales team could not look up an online order.Had to ultimately dispute with Chase and still didn't hear a word from them in 2 months.

Ordered several pieces for our living room. Was told everything was there in-stock except the couch upon purchase and several couches are already on the way and expected in 4 weeks, and delivery of all pieces will take place when it arrives. 6 Weeks goes by, couch is not there, nor do they know when it will arrive. Lo and behold some of the other pieces are not in stock now either with no ETA, despite them telling us 4 weeks ago that they WERE in stock. Spoke to our sales person yesterday to get an update and was told a couch WAS there, but didn't know who's it was and they would call us back in 5 minutes. Wife had to call them back hours later. Not our couch. We ordered through a local company due to issues with ordering online and getting 5+ broken pieces thinking it would be better. It has not. Very unorganized, terrible customer service, zero communication and full expecting / predicting damaged pieces at this point that will exacerbate my experience thus far. Will update my review.

Absolutely beautiful show room, gentleman asked me if I needed anything he look like that possibly the owner, then, another lovely lady asked me if she could help me. They both let me look without bothering me. I find that very rare because I’ve visited five other furniture stores where they kept on following me around. I love this place I wish I could afford furniture from this place. They have amazing artwork and a beautiful array of high-end furniture and accessories. I wish them the very best.

This was a very unexpected stop looking for a piece of furniture. They had the perfect piece that I was looking for and I was able to pick out the material that I wanted. They had a very good selection of different types and colors of materials. All the pieces in the showroom were customizable. The sales people were very friendly and helpful while looking through the swatches of materials.

What a service…I have experienced a sharp contrast in their service quality between before and after the purchase! I bought a three-piece leather sectional here and paid over $5K in early July. After a long waiting (about 13-14 weeks), the sectional was delivered last Friday, but the chaise came with a broken foot and the leather was even cut and torn. Over the phone they promised to send a person to check and fix it either Monday or Tuesday. Since then nobody confirmed with me nor came or called. So I called Tuesday afternoon again, and the manager said that the guy who had talked to me on Friday was off - so he again promised to call me Wednesday once the guy comes. No phone call again, and the store is closed now. It seems that they may not get back to me. I’ll keep updating the situation. - long story short, they came by my place and promised to replace the item - and it took 16 weeks. The one star now became three stars.

I'm SO GLAD I found AMY at HOWSE Furniture in Little Rock!!! After shopping for more than 2 years for Living Room Furniture and enduring the disappointment of waiting months for delivery of a purchase I made from a local national furniture store, who delivered damaged furniture 3 times, did I find AMY at HOWSE Furniture in Little Rock, AR. AMY was extremely knowledgeable and honest in her description of the sofa I was interested in, and though I was hesitant to make the purchase without ever seeing the piece in person, I took a chance and I'm so glad that I did! The quality of the couch I purchased exceeds my expectations and the delivery guys were so nice and considerate. The furniture was delivered within 10 days of my purchase and is simply FANTASTIC!! I could not be happier and would definitely recommend AMY at HOWSE Furniture in Little Rock to anyone looking for a quality piece of furniture and a salesperson they can trust.

My husband and I were browsing the store looking for light fixtures for our new home. We saw 2 sales associates, one assisting a customer and the other just strolling about while not even saying hello. I gave grace to her assuming she could have been busy. The other looked my way but not one word, no one moment nothing. The casual strolling associate crossed my path, looked in my face and still didn’t say anything to me or my husband. The customer being assisted saw this failure of exchange and lowered her head. Money is GREEN! It doesn’t matter the hand it comes from. It spends the same and in today’s culture, Howes should be aware of the importance of customer service. I’ll never recommend or shop there. NEVER!
