“The hotel was very clean and well kept. The staff were exceptionally friendly. The morning breakfast has a good selection. The food was well presented and the dining area is very clean.
The room was very clean and had no broken items. The heat and AC worked well. The bathroom is large and there was plenty of room at the sink. The bed was comfortable and there was ample pillows and blankets.
The hotel is located right by a major highway and there is an ambulance base nearby. This made the room noisy at night. It is near the Arkansas River and Clinton Library, but there is not a lot of dining options within safe walking distance.
I felt the hotel was a excellent value and I will stay again on my next business trip to Little Rock.”

“We stopped overnight.
Pros: Staff was friendly. The rooms are small but clean. All the essentials. Breakfast bar is standard but staff was refreshing it all the way till 10am. Cool pool table. Great location!
Cons: a noisy group was outside till nearly midnight. Ask for a room on the front side. The firepit is on the backside. The walls etc are also thin, so you will hear everything.”

“Now that its exchanged owners and became Eagle Suites, they've remodeled the place and are still revamping the place and it's nice and beautiful. You can rent by the week and by the month! It's so worth it if you're needing a temp home”
“I stayed one night for a medical appointment in the area. The room was very clean and in good condition. The bathroom was spotless, something I notice and appreciate in any hotel. There were no strange odors in the hallways or the room. The best part was the included breakfast. I appreciated that they had hot and protein options. I also found the yogurt machine with all the toppings very interesting. Excellent breakfast. This will be my go-to when I return to Little Rock.”

“Erica was great got in late she helped me get checked in and gave me great advice on a place to eat that I could walk to there was plenty of room to park my 24 foot box truck and breakfast was very good food was delicious and hot they had the lobby decorated really nice for Christmas all and all I'll stay there any time I'm coming through little Rock.”

“Definitely one of my favorite places to stay with a jacuzzi in the room. The hotel in general is very clean and organized. The room was magnificent and in a very neat and orderly Manor.(NO BUGS OF ANY KIND) that's always a PLUS!!!It's very very quiet for the most part. You may hear the sounds of traffic way more often than you would any person at this hotel.Peaceful is the way a hotel stay is supposed to be.The staff here are very friendly and courteous.You definitely want to book the jacuzzi room if you stay here. You just can't beat it.The other rooms are very spacious and that's a huge plus as well.Rooms: Rooms are the best around.Safety: Safety is at a huge forefront with this hotel which is great and definitely ideal!”

“We came to town for a concert and we couldn’t have found a better hotel to have stayed at. Everything was perfect and Brenda at the front desk was absolutely a heaven sent. She’s precious and anything we needed, she was on top of it. We were at the hotel for 3 days/2 nights, there wasn’t a day/time of the day we didn’t see her working while passing through. Brenda deserves any recognition she can get because i’ve never met a nicer receptionist. All around a great stay!”
“My check in was great . Even though This place is in need of an update as far as the rooms go, the front desk staff makes up for it and I’d stay here again just because the staff were pretty groovy in a far out kinda way.. 2 thumbs up..

“Everything was great specially because they do take cash I lost my card and I only had cash and the majority of the hotels wouldn’t take cash. It was so late and I was getting frustrated because no other hotel would take cash. In an emergency like mine I will give a 5 star in my emergency I’m grateful for having a nice place to stay for one night before I can continue my trip . Over all the service and the room clean will Definitely return to these location keep up the good work. Please don’t stop taking cash. That for me is a plus. Thank you ?”

“We were satisfied with the hotel. The 2-queen bed rooms were a little cramped and there was room for only one night stand otherwise it was sound. The service was excellent. Ther are undergoing some renovations to their upgraded larger rooms. I am expecting them to be great. It is centrally located, so getting around is easy.”

“I really like the rest then their managers tend to patrol the parking lot and try to keep a pretty much safe environment they don't really like too many people hanging around and I have a few friends there but because I'm a familiar face they allow me to stay in my room or at my friend's room but if you're not a familiar face and they see somebody lingering around on the cameras they'll either call the police or have them people escorted away from their facility and I think that's good with the dangerous times we living in”

“The Ritz Motel is an absolutely beautiful Motel — from the moment you arrive, you can feel the luxury and attention to detail. The gentlemen who welcomes you at the entrance was outstanding: polite, professional, and extremely helpful.
Receptionist were also warm and efficient, making the check-in experience smooth and welcoming.
Every staff member went out of their way to make us feel at home.

“Five stars All The Way! The staff here are all top notch and all deserve top wages. Holla atcha bartender! Ra and everyone, jah boi on the way back west, though we'll be back in the not so distant future. These aren't staff to us, these are now considered family.
Please understand that this Holiday Inn is way better than the Express across the way. NEVER GO THERE!
The Holiday Inn Express across the way is pompous and has zero amenities. This Holiday Inn actually has washing machines and dryers, they have an open pool that is open all day and into the late evening, private parking, an indoor diner that has the best prices and food, and a bar to beat the band. Expect more of an experience compared to a natural hotel stay. I REPEAT,DO NOT USE THE HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS, USE THIS HOLIDAY INN FOR TRUE COMFORT. There is nothing Express about the holiday inn express except for a miserable check-in staff.
This presidential hotel is my hotel for forever when passing through. I'm an old DJ and producer that has high expectations for adequate human service. You'll get that here! Love y'all! My partner and I will be back hands down.”
