Perfect location, walkable to all sorts of stuff. Safe area with access to a lot of options. They have a really nice gym as well. The staff was super friendly and made me appreciate the hotel more. The bar was fun to visit to meet other travelers. Next time I am in little rock for a business trip again I will be booking here. Close walkable restaurants EJ's, Maryams Mediterranean, Samantha's tap room. A little bit further fasslers hall, dugans Irish pub, copper grill...Rooms: The rooms are very modern and clean.Walkability: Lots of restaurants close by but .5 mile from President Clinton Ave which has Revolution Room and Stickyz which are good music venues. Lots of restaurant and bar options within a 12 minute walk.

I booked two hotel rooms a month ago for a NACUFS conference that was conducted From March 4 to 6th, 2024. After driving 6 hours with my team I was not only denied accomodation while it was raining heavily, but the staff was very rude. We were 3 girls traveling from Dallas, Texas. They said they had an issue with their rooms and they notified about it to us an hour before our arrival via email. The least they could have done was to inform us in the morning or a day before. They said they issued a refund, but they did not and I am trying to get my money back ($1100) and it is becoming a head ache to just reach out to the manager who is unavailable every time I call them.

Once again the AC hotels show what it's like to be excellent. The rooms are modern, the view of Little Rock was great. Everything was in walking distance. And the shower was hot and never ran out if hot water.

Cancels reservation 2 hours before check in because they had "issues with some rooms". Then said they secured me a room at Delta Hotel, which wad horrible both times I stayed there before because AC did not work either trip in any room they put me in. AC Hotel said I had to come to their hotel and get a paper to take with me to Delta to be able to stay. So inconvenience after inconvenience. Got my own hotel room at Little Rock Marriot, and it was fabulous.

Booked two months ago and they somehow overbooked..... Discouraging to see people being given rooms despite arriving after us. Definitely consider alternatives when booking this location, there seems to be miscommunication between front desk and management.

The management of this hotel is horrible. I have been trying to contact the management team to resolve an issue of them not refunding me for stays I did not make, and a month later, I’m yet to receive a response to my emails or calls. I have left voicemails and I know Micah is sick and tired of me calling to see when I can speak to Brandy or Catherine. Instead of picking up the phone for five minutes, or reading an email, the managers chose to sit in their offices and ignore my request for 5 minutes of their time.I have gotten faster responses from the passport office and the IRS than from these two lovely ladies. Their unwillingness to sit and give customers’ concerns their best effort is incredibly insulting and unprofessional. I’m deeply disappointed because this was my go-to when it comes to staying in Little Rock.

I stay at the AC Hotel a lot for work, and the front desk is phenomenal. My guy Micah always welcomes me, remembers to talk some basketball, and makes me feel good about staying at the hotel. Top tier service!
