They don't care about you or that you drove from three hours away to determine if their vehicle is the one for you. They won't "hold" it with or without a deposit. They will say they are going to send over the papers for you to sign and then conveniently not get around to sending them...all while somebody ELSE walks right in and asks for the car YOU HAVE AGREED TO PURCHASE and finances it through the dealership, so OF COURSE they have no qualms about giving it to the OTHER person. Fantastically crappy customer service practices. I hope I never have to deal with them again and don't recommend you do.

I am extremely disappointed in this dealership. It has been a week and I'm still just super annoyed with the lack of service my husband and I received. We went there to inquire about a lease. We walked the lot and then waited inside the lobby for about 5 minutes until somebody finally asked if we need help. Mind you the whole time the managers were in the tower and they saw us but couldn't be bothered to come out. Anyway, once we got a sales rep we were upfront on what we are trying to do (get a lower monthly payment), and we told them our credit score and information regarding our trade-in. Over 3 hours later we left very disappointed. The managers couldn't even bother to come out of the tower to speak to us. The sales rep was new so I don't blame him as much as the management. We weren't trying to haggle the price or anything. I had seen on THEIR website, lease terms for the particular Ridgeline that we wanted and I was told that was a National Honda Lease, and it would be way more expensive because of the taxes in Arkansas. I worked at a car dealership 15+ years ago and they drilled it in our head about customer service and sadly this dealership has no customer service and the managers don't seem to care.

Terrible service. I have a written statement/recall for my car saying that if I have been having issues with my A/C Compressor that I should take it to them and if the problem is related to the AC compressor that they would replace it FOR FREE. Not only did the employee not look at the letter I was holding, but off the bat told me I was wrong and that it would be a charge of 199. All they see is numbers. Terrible experience.

When it comes to their service department, get prices in writing first before confirming your appointment. I just drove up for my 11:30 appointment today only to find out that the $54.99 oil change special (tire rotation extra $15.00) is now $155.00 and the differential service is now $250.00 (plus or minus a few dollars because my blood was starting to boil). Needless to say, I cancelled my appointment and drove off. I think they must have a target of finding a minimum of $500.00+ worth of stuff wrong with your vehicle to make quota. The bottom line is there needs to be truth in advertising in Arkansas when it comes to vehicle maintenance. As for this rating service, the dealership responds under your review that they are going to make contact but they never do. Saying you will make contact and doing it is two different things. At least they did not get a chance to tamper with my controls again. Well, it's off to the other rating sites.

My car has had two issues since it was purchased last summer. McLarty Honda cannot duplicate the problem so it doesn't exist!!! I have contacted American Honda, filed a claim and they will not respond by phone or email. When I goggle search my issues, both have been a problem with Accords for years.

Took car in for 60,000 mile service. Was told would cost approximately $1000.00. No problems just 60,000 mile service. No one called to say would cost more. Price was $1489 when checked out. Was told they did a good job by service department rep. Cannot get a call back from a mgr. $489.00 is a big difference.

In May of 2019 I bought a used Honda fit from McLarity Honda. From that point on I have been bombarded with spam phone calls for auto warranty service. These calls happen one or two times per day and I have repeatedly requested to removed from the call list. Buyer beware McLarity Honda sells your contact information.
