The store is well stocked (overflowing) the works are always smiling, nice and helpful. The managing staff has always been helpful, kind I would definitely recommend shopping here.

Got some cute decor for my floating shelves for my bedroom makeover. Love love love the new India accent decor they just put out (I picked up the elephant from that selection) but I wanted at least 3 more accents. The selection of faux plants wasn’t very big but I did find the succulents in the black and white vase and the taller leafy plant that I’m not sure what it’s called but it’s really cute next to the gold bird I chose. This is the only place I go for my decorations since pier one closed down.

Usually I don’t leave reviews, but this experience was just too horrible not to write about. This store racially profiled my boyfriend due to “suspicious activity”, while he looked for products they sold, for his mother. The feelings that I have right now are beyond upset and embarrassed. I will not be shopping here again nor recommending. Horrible customer service and representation..Will now be shopping elsewhere.

I used to love this store but the manager they have there now is rude, difficult , has attitude and disrespectful to customers! The store has poor management!!! There is always a line with only one person most of the time, takes too long to checkout. The manger there refuses returns even if you have your original receipt & ticketed merchandise. I am seriously considering canceling my credit card with Homegoods because of her. Please corporate get rid of her!! I
