Every time we come to town we stay in this hotel. Everyone here is so friendly! It is really convenient because it is right at the freeway to go in any direction you need to, quickly. We will mostly definitely continue to patronize this establishment!

This stay was excellent! From check in, Orlando at the front desk was so friendly and kind! The room was very nice and the bathroom was impeccably clean and nice! Shawn in the restaurant was so kind and accommodating! I tried to call for breakfast one day and they didn't answer, Nyka from the front desk took the time to take my order and go run it to the restaurant! The staff went over and beyond and my family is so appreciative! Any time we visit Little Rock we will def stay here, thanks so much for everything!

Had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The maintenance crew walked in our room at 8 am the last day of our stay though. A bit unsettling. They were rather rude.

We have a huge family traveling. The staff was amazing. The rooms were so beautiful and comfortable. My stress level was at a low. Then the manager was so nice and helpful after seeing how many little kids we had with us. No stress hotel. Love it

Staying 2 months for training, so rating may change. Room is pretty standard, bed is comfy, AC unit is very loud, housekeeping does a good job. The front desk staff are courteous and professional so far. Not having even a small freezer on the mini fridge is a pain. Limits food options.

This hotel is top of the line! My husband and I travel frequently and have stayed in tons of hotels.
This hotel beats most of the “top of the line” hotels. The room was very clean, updated and peaceful! I appreciated the friendly staff and the accommodating housekeepers.
This hotel is CLEAN! And that’s the most important thing for me!
Plenty of parking also. The construction makes it a bit difficult to find. We plan to stay here whenever we are in town!
Rooms: Very clean and up to date!

It was fine. Mattress needs to be replaced, sinkhole in the middle. 8 Tesla chargers but no J1772 and none of the EV spots are designated for charging so they were completely blocked and not being used if we had wanted to use them.
Rooms: Mattress was sinking. Wife and I are not big people and woke up in a hole in the middle of the mattress. Rest was fine, clean, as one would expect

Consistently exceptional service. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming, and they all seem to genuinely care about their guests. The rooms are super clean, and the amenities are top notch. My family stays here once or twice a year and we are always pleased. Customer service is a dying philosophy today, but not at the Holiday Inn Presidential Little Rock.

Husband, adult son, and myself booked an overnight stay to attend a concert. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a suite with king bed and bathroom on one side, kitchenette and living area with queen pullout sofa bed on the other. Gave us plenty of room with privacy when needed. A/C on each side made for the perfect temp. As someone who has mobility challenges, I found the ADA ♿️ friendly bathroom with the roll in shower perfect for my needs. The breakfast buffet was worth the extra charge. Staff was professional and friendly...not all hotels have staff who can be both. Very much appreciated.

Don't check in late and expect anything to eat. Most places are closed or don't deliver that far out. Auditor was friendly but not knowledgeable. No vending just a "snack shop" that charged $3.50 for a small soda. I don't shudder to think of how much the tiny bags of chips cost. Rooms were decent, good a/carat, comfy beds and pillows, and were clean. Microwave, safe and fridge also in rooms

This was a great place to stay during the Eclipse. It was obvious that the staff was overwhelmed from being completely booked up. We had a lot of grace with the service and staff. They did great! One person in particular, Nika, was incredible! She did so much ground work to help us get adjoining rooms for our family. It was incredibly kind! We are so thankful.

I loved that there was a security team watching the parking lot all night and the front doors were locked in the evening, requiring you to be buzzed in to enter. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant was also great - friendly, good service, good prices and tasty food. Pet friendly policy was also a major plus. Easy access to the interstate and downtown. Very pleased with this hotel!
