The best! Professional, personable, trustworthy, responsive, reasonably priced. I highly recommend these folks. I have been here maybe 6 times and they have been friendly and always been fair. They go out of their way to give me a positive experience (at least as positive as it can be when your car breaks down)

Me and my boyfriend spent a chunk of money on our vehicle upon just to have the vehicle scratch and dented by them. They lied and said it didn’t happen at their shop.”when it did “!!!Never will I ever do business again. I have no reason to lie what was done to our vehicle.

Orville, Brian and team earned our trust when another shop quoted me $1,300 for a repair of a leak in my rack & pinion steering. I brought my car to Hinson Loop Auto for a 2nd opinion. Shortly after dropping it off, I received a call that my car was ready. I said, what? How much? Orville responded, $0 - all we had to do was tighten the tube above the rack & pinion steering that was leaking on it. I've driven 50,000+ miles since then and my rack & pinion steering is still fine - they saved me $1,300!!! HONESTY, INTEGRITY, QUALITY WORK.

I am extremely pleased with the quality of work and customer service. My original quote was 1,900 for air conditioning replacement. After they got into it they found out it can be fixed for less. They did not have to tell me or be honest but they were very honest and upfront. Good trustworthy customer service will get my business every time
