Bought a new crankshaft for a CAT motor. They told me that my old one wasn’t bad that they would like to buy it off of me. I said that was fine. Andy the guy up front said he would have to have it inspected before he could make an offer on it but would most like be $1200-$1400 due to him having a shipment of cranks that had just came in. This was in June 2024. I left with my new crank. I let a month go by no word. I call and of coy Andy isn’t in. So they leave him a message to call me. A couple weeks go by I call back again. And the same. I call back a week later. Same thing. Another couple weeks rock on I call back. They had no idea what I was talking about and they said they would have Andy give me a call. Well another month goes by. Nothing. I call AGAIN.. FINALLY get to speak with Andy. He states that he does not know where my crank is that he would have his staff try to locate it. Another week goes on I call back on 10/14/24. I speak with Andy. We found the crank and they have taken it to have the inspection done and we should know something soon. Well 10/15/24 Andy calls me and states your crank isn’t any good. Do you want us to dispose of it for you? I tell them no I’ll come get it. And he was hesitant about it and said he would set it to the side. So I’m sure when I go get it they won’t know where it is. The whole dealings with them has been sketchy. Will not be doing business with them again.

I bought a used head because mine was cracked & took it to Hillcrest back in 16 they told me to rebuild it would cost me almost 9,000 so I had already checked with the Cat place a brand new one at that time was 10,000 so I told them dont worry about it I can get a Brand new one , for a grand more so I'm going that route . And I'd be back to get the head that I took them which I paid 1500 for they told me we can rebuild it and sell it for you and whatever it sold for over their parts and labor they would send me a check. I told them well that's fine as long as I got my 1500 bucks back I'm good the manger told me oh yeah that it wasn't a problem at all to get that much . Well I called several times and always got the run around , the manger was always out of the office needless to say they never paid me for the head . I'll never use them again because of it. And as far as the money goes I forgive them it's fine but always remember God's watching us all and you can't lie to people and think it's not going to cost you ten fold in the future ! I know this first hand as a long time ago I took things that weren't mine and it cost me a lot !! I mean A lot I shouldn't have done it God showed me the errors of my ways ! So y'all keep the money if you need it but I'm praying for y'all 🙏

Because I asked for a table and not the booth where they intended to see me, the servers couldn't decide who was going to be my server. And this took about 7 minutes before I can even get a glass of water. Also, I did not see even one booth that did not have the upholstery badly worn and torn.

Their warranty is not worth the paper it is written on 2 times had engine failure , 2 times under warranty , but some how it was never their parts that were bad . I will never use them or recommend them .Service: General repairs & maintenance

These folks are very helpful and professional. Just started dealing with them after a poor outcome at another machine shop . I have bought a cam and had machine shop work completed.
