Extremely disappointed, put in my reservation weeks ago and there is not a car for me. Now I am on a waiting list without so much of an apology. I suppose this is the standard service to expect when working with Hertz

BEWARE! THEY ARE DISHONEST AND WILL OVERCHARGE YOU!
This Hertz location delays my return date by a day to add extra charges. Total scam-check your bill.

Hertz at LIT National Airport? AWFUL! They do one thing consistently- provide filthy cars. So much film on the inside of the windshield it made everything appear foggy. At night with cars coming at you with their headlights on that film became dangerous! Couldn’t see at all. Had stop and get a rag and wipe it down. Every time I rent from this place the car is filthy.
This particular rental came with the added pleasure of smoke smell inside the car. There wasn’t enough air freshener available to get rid of the awful smell.
Hertz - do better!

Absolutely awful! Picked our car up in Little Rock, Arkansas and it was disgusting. Food everywhere, what looked like melted ice cream all over the back driver seat and floor. Fries on the footboard on the back, come bottle into the passenger seat, the day was covered in dust and cigarette ashes were everywhere. NEVER rent from this company! We tried to reach Hertz customer service for the entire rental time and NO ONE responded, there's only a website. I sent in My complaint and got a response about a week and a half later telling me that I should have reached out to the emergency roadside service to switch vehicles..... That's it. No offer to refund nothing. Who's going to call emergency services because your car is dirty??? Absolutely ridiculous company and if you pay attention to reviews you will know not to ever rent from this company!!!!! My vehicle was absolutely disgusting. We didn't notice how awful it was until we got into daylight the next day while we unpacked our suitcases from the vehicle. No customer service available and absolutely filthy vehicle.

Hertz was good but the one issue I ha e is that when you are making a reservation online there was no where that stated I had to put down a $200 deposit, so I ended up traveling 60 miles for no reason.

Over 20 people in line only one person working who is the manager do they know how to write a schedule ( no excuses)picking up the car took longer then the flight the person working was unaffected by the long line and showed no since of urgency

Excellent service from these gentlemen today. Was directed on where to pick up and drop off the rental and given lots of useful information. It was a very simple process and the employees are exceptional!

Do not rent from this company. Horrible management from Larry and they do not care about their employees nor customers. All they care about is making money. So sad.

I would give less stars if I could. DO NOT USE HERTZ to rent a car from. The woman at the counter couldn't even get off the phone with her personal call to assist me. I had the car reserved for a week and when I got to the counter to rent it they told me their debit card machine is down and has been for days. These people DO NOT need to be in the business of car rentals. Customer service was awful at Best. And to the woman that was working GET OFF THE PHONE AND PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR CUSTOMERS YOU RUDE HEFFER.
would call her worse but it would probably be deleted.

I had a great experience renting from Hertz at the Little Rock Airport. Getting and dropping-off the car were very efficient. Each took less than five minutes. My car was clean and new. The employees could not have been more helpful and friendly. I appreciate this great service!

I really loved my experience they really came through for me! I needed a truck I requested a large one and they made sure that I was able to receive a large pickup truck for my journey. And their rates didn't change even though I had to modify my reservation. I had a wonderful experience!
