Hands down the best pharmacy I’ve ever used. Nothing else even close. The staff is great. In my case rarely any wait time and if there is it’s just a few minutes. That was just once out of the dozen or so times. If you have a Heartland near you and you use another pharmacy, try to find out if you were dropped on your head A Lot as a child. Switched my prescriptions here maybe 6 months ago from a big chain pharmacy and it was such a good decision! The staff is awesome and they remembered my name in such a short time, they have my medicine ready before I even walk in the door. If they don’t have something in stock, they’ll find it for you quickly. Definitely recommend switching to Heartland!

My prescription was cancelled by an unknown nurse that allegedly called and advised that I was provided a paper prescription upon discharge. I provided discharge paperwork that stated I was to pick up prescription at the location. I was spoken to very rudely by the front desk clerk and will not recommend nor use this pharmacy ever again. I just had major surgery, in pain, barely can walk and almost did not get my prescription due to an unknown nurse calling that they never could provide any information on. Not good for business when a simple alleged phone call from an unknown person can cancel a prescription.

I’ve been getting my son his medications from her for a good 6 years almost. They are amazing they are helpful I have never had such great customer care anywhere else. They will not just let you or your loved ones suffer or go with out. They call you back always and they do exactly what they say they will.

I have been completely satisfied with Heartland Pharmacy since switching. Even though I live in a different state, they are quick to ship. The staff are always cheerful and helpful on the phone and always ready to answer my questions. I highly recommend.

I switched to them after being really irritated with the nearby Walgreens' lack of staff. This pharmacy is so much better I'm annoyed I didn't switch sooner. Great personal care that's above and beyond!

The customer service and attention to detail at Heartland Pharmacy is above and beyond. After leaving Walgreens due to the long lines and inability to reach anyone, Heartland did all the work for me to get my medication over to their pharmacy and lets me know when it is ready. I cannot recommend them enough.

I've recently had 3 scripts filled through them. By the 2nd one, they knew who I was. My prescription each time was ready before I could make it from the front door to the register. Customer service is on point. The shop is clean and well put together. I will use them for as long as they're there. Congrats to the staff for running a top of the line pharmacy.

Only pharmacy I will use as long as I’m in the LR area. Great customer service. Fast with filling prescriptions. Remembered me by the second time I came in. Quickly moved my scripts for me from Walgreens to their pharmacy & I picked up all in the same day.

The. Best. Been dealing with pharmacies my entire life and have NEVER dealt with one like Heartland. Customer service is past top notch - pleasant, courteous, fast, informative, accurate, and they deliver!? After an especially trying medical event and complicated medications, Heartland was really there for us and helped more than anyone in the entire process.We appreciate you Heartland Pharmacy, you guys really are the best.
