I enjoyed my shopping experience at Haverty's! Bill was very knowledgable about the items in the store, and was very personable and easy to talk to. Charles was also very helpful in the design process with the space I have to work with in my new home.

Unfortunately Haverty's furniture isn't the quality that it used to be. We've recently purchased the Dining table Villa Sonoma and in less than a year the table and chairs have started chipping. The sofa by Gianna has started unraveling as well and of course Haverty's will do nothing to fix nor replace the items. Don't both purchasing the Guardsman Gold insurance either, because it's a complete waste of money! We are very disappointed in the lack of customer service with this company, to try and help resolve the issue. These pieces were thousands of dollars. It is absolutely unacceptable that in such a short amount of time they are falling apart.

Although I was greeted by a salesperson upon entering Haverty’s there was no pressure to stay with the salesperson. He introduced himself and then encouraged me to browse at my leisure. I was assured that if I needed anything he would be readily available!!

Five Star customer service. See Thomas Webb for a comfortable furniture sales experience. He allowed you to browse , is helpful when needed and has a no pressure approach to a very stressful experience( Furniture shopping)!All of the Havertys Personnel were very friendly and helpful!

William was very helpful with our major purchases for our new home. His knowledge of the furniture and fabric helped us complete our vision of the style and quality we were looking for. Havertys furniture has amazing quality and excellent pricing. I’m Carolina girl. I grew up with Havertys furniture. He stayed over an hour after closing to complete our purchase. Also kudos to Linda in the office for staying to close out our paper work and schedule delivery. If you are in the area visit Havertys furniture and ask for William.

I purchased (received) a product (Adjustable Base on 4/12/24) when I say this base was not worth a penny. It sits very LOW and not what I was sold or expected. Spoke with manager on Tuesday for him to tell me no return as this was the communication. I just wasted $2000 cash on a product that I HATE. I will NEVER purchase from Havertys again. This was a first time purchase from Havertys, but last time.

We checked out multiple furniture stores while shopping for a dining room set, but I saved Havertys for last because I knew they would have the best quality and price. Their selection was much nicer than what we saw earlier in the day and Thomas was a pleasure to work with on the sales floor! He genuinely cares about his customers and making sure they're happy with their purchase. Our gorgeous dining set just arrived today and I am so thankful for their fantastic delivery team. You're always in good hands at Havertys!
