“Want to give a special shoutout to Johnny and Karen! We’ve only been to this store a handful of times but when I first walked in Karen remembered my name and greeted me. I was very surprised she knew my name. We were having an issue getting our new compressor started but Johnny came out and took a look and got us fixed up and now we are starting our compressor up no problem! Unfortunately the selection was limited, but we made do with what they had because I didn't want to drive all the way to the edge of town to get something.”

I prefer shopping here compared to the big box stores. When I was a school teacher this store supplied my woodshop class with all of the lumber and other miscellaneous materials needed for the year. “Man!Been a long time since I went to Kraftco but since I needed hardware for a project this was the only hardware store in the city even though I passed on the way wannabe stores lol...I was met by a young brother who enlisted another young brother and we conversed about the proper approach, they were sooooo cool!Kraftco is the most unique hardware store in town and they literally have everything! The vibe is wholesome and intriguing.Come experience the friendliness of Kraftco.”
“You have to pick and choose what you buy for quality but it has pretty much every hand tool attachment/ accessory that you could ask for. My husband bought me a toolbox/ workbench with a wooden top for a kitchen island and I thoroughly enjoy cooking/baking everything is right there at my fingertips and so much counter space. Wholeheartedly recommend to serious Cooks or Bakers. He picked out the box with one drawer and two cabinet doors underneath. It has room for my KitchenAid mixer and all of my baking supplies. So in love with this box!!!!!!”

“Certified garden section goblin here. There isn't much of a selection outside right now, but that's okay, it's early. There are plenty of those kitchen herbs, like basil and thyme. I also found lavender, which was a welcome surprise, I didn't know they carried that.The rose bushes are lovely. Mine is doing well since I came here. They water the plants well and I didn't notice any sign of pests in the ones I chose.”

It was difficult for me to understand what all pieces I needed in order to get the project done, so I though “I’ll go by a plumbing supply warehouse and ask those guys. They’re going to know what’s available and have some good ideas for how to get it done.”I spoke with Cory, showed him my project, and explained what I wanted to accomplish. He jumped in, thought hard about the pieces I needed, and spent a good 15 minutes with me bouncing ideas around and finding the parts that would make it all work.I was concerned that they might be a “contractor only” supply warehouse. They are not and they do cash sales to the public.At the end of the visit, I had everything I needed…most importantly I had the advice I needed to get the project done.Big thanks to Allied Supply and Cory for all the help!”

“Some of the best service I've had at Home Depot and strangely was right before close. Had just moved in to my house and the power hadn't been turned on so last minute went to Home Depot. Guy named LJ jumped in and took me to what I needed and was explained the options. Super proactive and helpful. The guy running the self-checkout was really friendly as well. I don't expected a ton at close from a place because there's a lot to do, but that was great even for just a normal time. Appreciate y'all!”

“This is a message and shout out to Chris in plumbing who, with only 15 minutes to closing today, had me as a customer asking him to troubleshoot some intense bidet water pressure output with some grainy, dark, poorly shot photographs of the setup I was working with. The man came to the rescue and called in his coworker over the phone to help and he ended up double checking the product by testing to part in the store to ensure it fit, and also gave me the name of another store to try (NOT Home Depot) as a plan B just in case his fix didn't work. Guess what, it worked like a charm and we are no longer getting roto-rootered by our bidet's water pressure as a result. On behalf of my family and our gastroenterologist, thank you so much, Chris and your unnamed coworker who also helped!”
