Everything is nice but the customer service. The cancellation policy is also ridiculous.

January 2024. Remodel in progress & we were not informed before booking. Also, there was a winter storm 2 days prior to our stay & the parking lot was a nightmare. No one had it salted or scraped.As far as the room suite, it was clean, neat, & comfortable. Would stay here again. Have stayed here before.
