Those ladies in there are super heros!!! I had my hair butchered from another stylist. She had my hair perfect in less the 30 mins!!! Very sweet, courteous and they were so funny. I felt welcomed when I came in. I will definitely return to these girls.

I went there for a haircut. I told the lady that I wanted a TRIM and she said she would cut off about half an inch. I said that was great. Then as she was cutting it she asked about layers. I said “yeah I typically do very long layers. Minimal” then she proceeded to chop a random layer by my ear. My hair was mid length like a couple inches past my shoulder. It was bad but not awful. I went back to get it fixed and another lady told me she could do it. THEN SHE DID THIS. my hair wasn’t even. It had chunks missing. I was devastated. I called multiple times and they would never answer. I left messages and they refused to get back to me. So I wasted $30+ and all I got was a hack job. Seriously wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE. The only way to fix it was to cut it short to just below my chin ?

This is worst Great clips I have visited. The hair stylist is very rude and not at all professional. I was not satisfied at all with my haircut and asked her to cut half inch more and she said it will be equal to 2 haircuts.She literally chops off hair just like grass. I would not recommend at all Great clips at Cantrell Walmart. It’s complete waste of money

I have never written a review but felt like I had to this time. I am extremely disappointed at the professionalism and quality of service I received at the Cantrell location. The stylist, Jennifer (called herself the manager) was extremely, exceptionally and unashamedly rude. She asked me to take a seat at the chair with cut hair from the previous customer scattered all over the floor and on the chair. When I asked politely if they cleaned/sanitized the chairs or the black gown between customers, she said they never have done that, stating that the CDC doesn’t require them to clean and sanitize the chairs/surfaces. I stated to her that CDC doesn’t currently mandate masks, but that I was still wearing one since I cared about spreading the virus in the midst of a pandemic, and she stated that’s ‘your choice’, we never clean our chairs or the hair between customers. She then went on to say that if I cared so much about the pandemic, I shouldn’t even be getting a haircut. I wanted to get up and leave ASAP but she had already proceeded to my hair by now, without even asking me what hairstyle I wanted or how much length. This has been the worst, most uncomfortable and disrespectful customer service experience I have ever had. Never going back again to the Great Clips, Cantrell Road location. I wish I could give a Zero rating.Service: Haircut
