It looks like a car lot of junk cars outside a big building. Glen was friendly, a man of few words. He did what he said and for the amount agreed upon. When we picked up the van, he allowed us to test drive it before pmt as one of us stayed behind. All the guys that worked on it came out to ask if we were satisfied. They seemed to take pride in their work. So so far...so good! He warranty is for 12,000 miles or 12 mos, whichever comes first.

Don't take your vehicle there. Handed them the key directly and it ends up stripped down in a field a few miles away after the transmission they installed didn't fix the issue they stated it would fix. True scum. Do not take anything st all there. The owner himself is a thug

Interesting place. Basically the location is an auto wrecker with a transmission repair shop. Fellows I met there were all pretty nice. Replaced my torque converter on Saturday/ Remembrance day. You sure won't get that everyday! Felt the price was a little but for service on a weekend holiday their work was appreciated.

I wouldn’t take a bicycle to this man for him to fix it. Glen Daniels is very rude and obviously doesn’t have very good communication skills. I took a friend by there to ask how much he charge to replace a transmission. He told him $ 5,200.00 and said I got to go and walked off and left us standing there. I see why he has so many cars on his lot, he’s old and more than likely can’t fix cars. I heard he has shot at people, and let others drive the customers cars. OLD MAN GLEN YOU MISSED OUT ON $5000.00, THE GUY YOU TALKED TO IS A DOCTOR AND COULD’ HAD AFFORD THE PRICE!! LEARN HOW TO TREAT AND TALK TO PEOPLE WITH YOUR NASTY ATTITUDE!! I’m glad you acted that way because it would’ve been a mistake letting you work on his car. YOU’LL BE OUT OF BUSINESS IN LESS THAN 3 YEARS GUARANTEE THAT!!

I did business with Glen between the months of 11/2022 and 6/2023. Glen “rebuilt” the transmission in my Chevy Suburban while we were traveling on a family trip. While he was able to get us back on the road within a day, the work he performed ultimately failed 6-7 months later. We negotiated warranty service on the vehicle, but Glen did not keep his word. He did not do what he said he would do. I would not recommend this business. Glen is not trustworthy. Major disappointment.

I talked to the owner like 2 months ago saying that he was gone fix my transmission when I need it done but when it went out the other day, he no longer wanted to work on it. He went back on his word and I been wasting my money on CarShield all this time for nothing. Not good for business to go back and say u don't wanna fool with someone all of a sudden!!! Wouldn't recommend if ur dealing with CarShield!!!

Paid 1000 bucks for a rebuild on a transmission. was not rebuilt only to be spray painted over and still broken. Could not even get a call back.

I'm an old Marine traveling from Waco to Indianpolis. My speedometer and transmission started malfunctioning right out side Little Rock. I called Glen in a.m and he had my vehicle towed to his facility and had it fixed by 4 p.m. I had a medical proceedure scheduled for 2 days away and he saved my life. Glen Daniel's is a crook. He let his employees hotdog my new motor and caused it to throw a rod. His employee was drunk, so Glen personally guaranteed he would take care of my truck, only to get it back with a blown motor and my transmission was still not fixed and leaking.. He was supposed to rebuild it but he swapped it out for a faulty one off his shelves...Service: Transmission

It's been a few years, the transmission went out in my 4x4 diesel, I took it to Glen on a Saturday afternoon late and told him I had to be at work on Monday. He had guys work on Sunday to get me going. Pulled the transmission, rebuilt it, reinstalled, and had it going early afternoon Sunday and I never had another problem out of it. They're my first call any time I have a problem and Glen has always been eager to help me or answer questions I may have as I do most of my own work when time allows on other projects.Service: Transmission

How about a minus 5 star review? This is a horrible business and I wouldn't recommend them for anything unless they were turning that property into a junkyard. My son's vehicle sat there for over a month and they never even looked at it, despite being told over and over they would have it repaired "this afternoon." We would call, he would say "I'll call you back at 1:00." We went by.... "I'm going to start on it this afternoon." Nothing was done. He quoted $2,400 for a new transmission without even looking at the car. Please be aware. They are shysters.

My car was there 2 months and they never touched it. I call multiple times. Every time they wanted me to call back in a couple of hrs.
