I went here today for a basic car wash (Bronze). I know for a fact I didn't have paint chipped all over the hood/front of my car or a little on the sides. After I parked for the day, I walked up to my car only to notice many small chips in my paint. Genesis is the ONLY place I've been to wash my car in several weeks, and I look at it daily. I park in the garage at home. I know the chips came from the brushes in the automatic wash. I called the location a couple times 32 minutes before close, and both times the phones had already been turned off. I will call again or go there tomorrow.

Paid $18 for the premium wash but the top of my car and windshield are still dirty :(

Always something broken and vacuums are very weak. DO NOT USE!!! If you care about your cars finish go somewhere else. This care wash will damage your car with no remorse. This car wash scratched my car finish. Terrible customer service.

New location on Cantrell is convenient, clean and vacuums work great!! Car wash does a great job BONUS is the staff! Shout-out to Roosevelt who is always professional, friendly and goes above and beyond, helping dry off the cat by the vacuums and offering assistance!!! Highly recommend!!

Such a nice addition to our neighborhood!! Plenty of bays so you never wait, strong vacuums and air hoses, and asst mgr Roosevelt made sure all the equipment was working properly for me. Even showed me how to clean my mats with their compressed air! So nice! Maybe I’ll actually start cleaning my car as often as I should!
