Worst customer service and a big inconvenience. Went to cash a check it took them an hour and then when I asked for it back they wouldn’t give it back. I asked for it back bc I had to be at work. They finally gave it back at the time I had to be at work.

zhantauil is quite possibly the worst bank manager I have possibly met. Auto draft taken out of my acct by a car company over a week early (400) and she tells me that there is nothing she can do to restore my funds till someone at tech support reviews it. what a bunch of crap. No security at this bank for my money and damn sure dont put their customers financial well being first. No above and beyond customer service here at all!
