I needed a tire rotation, I walked inside at @10:51am and asked the clerk how long it would be to get it done. I was told it would be out by 4:30 and he was waiting to hear if that store was closing due to a little snow that was falling. The roads were not slick there would be no reason for that store to close.I then went to the North Little Rock location and was told there it was a 3-hour wait. A tire rotation doesn't take but 15 mins to do. Firestone is quick to upsell you tires but fail to take care of the customer after the sale. I have purchased a lot of tires from Firestone. Unfortunately, I will take my business elsewhere where I am valued as a customer and can get my car right in for a tire rotation. People, please go somewhere else for your tire needs.EDIT:I did contact Firestone as stated in the reply below I requested the district manager contact me. I was told it would be a few days. Haven't heard anything from them. It's been 6 days. That's really nice Firestone. Your shops can't keep their word and neither can customer service.

Clean atmosphere and kind & respectful service. It’s always a breath of fresh air to receive professional and supportive help in any form of customer service, and especially for car needs.Referencing this for whoever is in charge of this Firestone: both gentlemen working up front were pleasant and kind in their service with me and also from what I observed with other customers as well. Took my car in to have an oil change done on Saturday 11/18. I set an appointment in advance a few days prior and when i showed up the appointment was not even acknowledged. I dropped my car off at 8:30 and it was done about 2pm. Staff was rude, place is vacant as can be. Fast forward a few days, my check engine light comes on. I took it to another shop in Bryant, AR. They tell me I’m due for an oil change immediately. I couldn’t believe it. I got into my car and took a look at the next service sticker Firestone placed on my windshield, they had written the previous mileage on sticker that was on the car when i brought it in…their incompetence is impressive. I will NEVER go back to another Firestone as long as i live. Safe yourself and go elsewhere

I brought my car for brake service, and I had several issues. First, they wouldn't service the front brakes without replacing the front rotors, which added almost $400 to my bill. I had to bring my car back because it was vibrating while braking, a rotor issue; they told me I got another set of rotors. ?Now my car makes a noise when turning hard in either direction. Stay away from this place. I don't want to bring it back. I know they will tell me something else needs to be fixed.$$$$

Shop consistently doesn't have the techs on site to complete confirmed appointments, or does not confirm or reschedule appointments at all. Today was the 3rd time I had a confirmed appointment and was told they did not have the manpower to complete my reservation due to only having 1 tech on site. Everyone is always friendly but friendly doesn't get my car taken care of.

Even though my vehicle was in the system with lifetime alignment, they wouldn't do it because we didn't have the original receipt from years ago. Other locations Even confirmed it verbally, but didn't have resources to fax receipt in the system.

Pleasant on the phone, set an appointment for service the following day with the understanding that I needed some minor front end work and an alignment done to have the car ready to take on a 8-hr car trip over the weekend. Took it to the service center and was told the work couldn't be done as promised. Will not be returning.

While doing a cross country trip our car had a coolant leak that required repair. Melvin and his team jumped right on it to get us out of the door and back on the road. On top of that my wife left her wallet there. Melvin took the time to go to FedEx after work to ensure it was mailed to our destination. Top notch customer service.

Went in to get the evaporator on my ac cleaned, and while it was there I told them to go ahead and change the oil. Received the oil change, didn’t even bother calling to tell me they wouldn’t do the evaporator cleaning. I wouldn’t have had them do the oil if I knew they weren’t going to do the other work.

They never have enough staff to help the amount of customers that come through. Only one person runs the front and have spent over 20 minutes to check my vehicle in while they did everything else but check people in….terrible customer serviceService: Oil change

This place is about 50% more expensive than the local places (Austin Brothers, Christian Brothers, Discount brake and tire) who all offer friendlier, quicker, and more complete service. I went here because I needed an oil change on a Saturday and the other places I listed were closed, in the future I would make plans to get an oil change somewhere else Mon-Fri. These guys took all day to get my vehicle back after promising a few hour turnaround and it was the most expensive oil change I've ever gotten.Service: Oil change

They are so fast. Took an appointment which is they only one still doing that bc little rock locations are not setting appointments bc they are short staffed on mechanics to do the oil changes
