I went there to ship a guitar out of state. Being an odd shape and valuable I was naturally concerned. There was no wait time. Received great customer service from a guy named Jackson!I needed to get a photo taken for a Canadian permanent residency card, and nowhere in town that does passport photos has been able to help. After literally six other places, I ended up at Fedex, and I got the photos I needed!

I literally just go there and stood in line behind one person, and the lady working at the counter looked at me, and kept saying “drop off” and pointed me to the self machine. I am capable of scanning my packet ( which contained important documents) and leaving but I had few concerns that I wanted to clear. The lady didn’t even let me finish any of my questions and just kept saying do it yourself at the machine. Like what the heck was that? Rude customer service. Won’t be coming here anytime soon

Today my husband and I went into this location to ship a return. We got in line behind someone who was already being helped by the only two employees there (Mel and Brandon). While we were in line waiting another couple walked in with a box to ship, they started a line at shipping. The assistant manager Mel skipped over us, not asking what we needed or saying hello at all, no acknowledgement. After she helped the customers that walked in AFTER us she then looks at us and asks "how may she help us". I told her we didn't need her help and that we would continue to wait in the line we were in since she decided to skip over us in the first place. She then claims she didn't see us standing there. Again, we walked in the store, stood behind the customer they were already helping when we walked in, it was me, my husband, and our daughter, we are all brown, and I was wearing a colorful striped shirt with a bucket hat. There was NO WAY she didn't see us and we appeared invisible to her. The other employee there, Brandon said he definitely saw us walk in. They were standing side by side when we walked in. It was rude and almost disrespectful to say "she didn't see us". To say this was an "honest mistake" would be easy, this was not that. She blatantly ignored us until she didn't have a choice. Usually when customers walk into a store, whoever is next is helped or at least acknowledged to see what that person may need. Mel may need some additional customer service training as she is ignorant or is color blind as to how that works.

I usually really like this location. I placed an order in May. Didn’t hear from anyone that it was ready. Spoke with someone on the phone and they reprinted an old order. Spoke with Mel at the counter and got her email to resolve the issue. No one ever called that it was ready and emailed x2. Got a call today June 30 from Mel that an order is waiting for pick up. Explained the lack of communication and she stated she will pull it. Such a disappointing experience. Glad my order got printed elsewhere in time

I’m not sure if this is the office where Kaylynn works but I really hope it is because she deserves all the raving reviews right now. Earlier this month I had a hassle with a shipment and I was getting the run around left and right for almost 2 weeks I was almost ready to give up. Then Kaylynn answered and boy did she save the review I was ready to leave FedEx. She listened to my issues and within that day she had my problem fixed. No transfers , no empty callbacks. She listened and fixed them the best way she knew how. Thank you thank you. I can’t thank her enough.

This place is clean and normally the staff is very friendly. Unfortunately today the worker Lorna was not that. She had an attitude that seemed as those she hated her job. She did a good job at shipping my packages, just seemed put out to have to do anything to be honest. Maybe having a bad day. Hopefully, her day gets better!
