Sorry but I have a package receptacle I have it in my instructions for delivery and they refuse to put my dog on packages inside the box I mean what if it was your house and it was like a $5,000 camera or something and they just leave it sitting out in the open for everybody to see come on man That's ridiculous they literally just sit it right on top of the box when it has a sign on it asking them to leave packages inside the box It is so painfully simple yet they refuse happened way too many times even on rainy days tired of it

We want to express our gratitude to Zev and the route manager at this FedEx station. We had a package that contains very sensitive information being delivered to a wrong address. After repeatedly calling the FedEx customer service number and spending hours on the phone, we were finally put in touch with the local station that had handled the delivery of our package. By then, a week had passed and we had almost lost hope in finding the package. Nevertheless, I was fortunate to speak with Zev who sounded professional and responsible. He said that they would investigate. He gave me a phone number, so I could call back to get updates. The second time when I called, he said that their route manager was going to the side personally to search for the package. When I called Zev again the following day, he provided me with the great news that they had located the missing package and delivered to the correct address. We sincerely thank him and the route manager for their effort in retrieving the package. The awful experience with the 800- customer service only makes their professionalism and service stands out more!

I’ve had two packages that both said “attempted delivery” and the reasoning was because they couldn’t find my street address. Called 3 separate times and was told there was nothing they could do until it starts moving again, since it hasn’t been scanned in days. Both packages have medical equipment/ medication in them that is needed urgently. I wonder how long I’ll have to go without my prescriptions before I actually receive them.

Set all day waiting on package to be delivered from 10-2, then after calling I got update that said before end of day. Later got another update for the 25th between 10-2. 2:30 passes and get update by end of day, it’s out for delivery again. It’s now 4:26pm and NO Package. I’m the only one at my residence and I must be here to sign for it. They still can’t tell me where it is. All they say is it’s out for delivery. Can’t revenge tell me if it’s in Conway. Just count me as very disappointed

Your drivers are straight up liars.. keep marking packages as "we attempted delivery".. and they never did nor did they even pass by my house! I have cameras and can prove they never attemped anything. My package was for a birthday party today and was out for delivery at 615am today and they never even came by! I guess they wanted to leave early so they marked couldn't deliver! DO BETTER FEDEX!

I currently have a parcel that is stopped in the system, and has been for seven days. Automated customer service response to missing package query is "en-route to location, no further information is available. A delivery date will be provided when available: Package is not available for pickup." There are no options to get further assistance, no live service reps., and no apparent way to rectify this problem. I received a shipment from a retailer via Fed EX earlier this year, and when I requested a return they issued a UPS shipping label!

Gentleman called me today and said my package is on his porch. He lives 15 miles away. I went and got it. Two hours later an elderly FedEx guy tries to deliver a package to my house that does not belong to me. I gave it back to him and questioned him. He was very apologetic. It appeared to me something was wrong so I tried to call FedEx at the number on the Mablevale site to see if they need to help this guy. It is not a local number. This is sad and also infuriating. Many previous experiences with FedEx ground delivery have also been misdeliveries. For the past two years I have started contacting the companies I order from and tell them when their items are misdelivered. Mostly I try to do business with those who ship USPS or UPS. They won't let me post this unless I give them a star. So this one star should be a negative five.

Day 2 of "out for delivery," "Expected between 10am-2pm," and "Expected by 8pm."
I called to try and get it to be held for pickup, but the robot says that it isn't available to be held for pickup.
Yesterday (17 June) the tracker on the website said there was no delivery attempt made, and today is most likely going to say the same thing.
At this point it would be less trouble to camp outside the gate of the warehouse and stop every truck that comes out to ask if they have my package, and I live in Jacksonville.
UPDATE: It is 8:55 on day 2 (18 June) and the status was updated saying the barcode was too damaged to read. Maybe if yall actually delivered it instead if loading and unloading it two days in a row, that wouldn't be an issue.

Someone at the Mablevale, AR FedEx office took the liberty of changing the CORRECT address on my package to an INCORRECT address and then delivered my package to the wrong address. And now I'm supposed to wait for FedEx to do an investigation? And then somehow trust that they'll deliver it in any sort of timely fashion. Have zero confidence that will happen. I'll just drive an hour and get it myself. Hate Fedex

literally hate having to go through fedex for ANYTHING!! my packages are always messed up stolen or not delivered how is that every other company gets my packages and address correct except them
i mean everyone amazon ups usps hell even DHL but fed ex no always the F up !!!

The delivery drivers out of this location really need some training. 2 packages delivered to my home this week, 1 delivered damaged which they had to come pick up to return. The next package was to replace the package they damaged during shipment they claimed to leave at my front door, was not left at my front door but at my driveway on the steps to the walkway up to my house which is quite far away from my front door. This package is well over 100lbs. Not something I can move myself and not to mention within 45 minutes of them leaving the package we had a downpour. I called within 5 minutes of delivery to request they send the drivers back to properly deliver to my door, they didn't come and then the rain came. I called the shipper, who reached out to them to request they pick up the package to return to shipper, 4+ hours later they still have not come.
This is furniture, now rained on so it is of no use to me. Poor service, they clearly do not care about how they deliver packages and do not respond to complaints either.

Brought a party speaker on eBay march 10,2023 it now going March 15, 2023 and my package is nowhere to be found. It ridiculous I will get anything shipped by FedEx ground. Never had a problem with Amazon.

Truck cut me off and almost killed us . Have not got a call back after i called in . Have plate and it on my dash cam . Need to take care of this or i guess i can post it here on line .. your choice .
