Tell your drivers that if they drive in the fast lane doing the speed limit or less and won't move out of the way is costing you bad reviews. Fedex box trucks need to stay out of the fast lane. Do that and I'll raise my stars til then your drivers suck.

This is an Office Depot, not a FedEx ShipSite. They might have a FedEx sign on the front window and claim to offer FedEx shipping but the Office Depot employees don't know how to scan an item in. So they really don't offer FedEx shipping here. I had a package that just needed to be scanned in and I was turned away because no employee in the store could do it.
