This incredible group is excellent in every way to share several shipping options for whatever is being shipped-then-Fully disclosing the range of results per their long time history with each carrier.I am a long time raving fan of WrapRight!!!They are indispensable in my busy life of shipping, receiving, and anticipating my needs with good cheer and top tier service.WHAT a blessing they are!!!!!Rita in LR and H'Burg

I did not have a good experience here. I stood at the desk and the employee working behind the desk did not acknowledge me and was finishing up her work. I was confused thinking maybe I came to the wrong desk, because when she was finished with her work she came up and just stared at me waiting for me to ask a question. I brought my own tiny box and it was under 1lb, and asked for the cheapest option- which came out to be $13 to ship. I asked if there were any other cheaper options because I sold the scrubs inside the box for $13 and it just would be losing money to ship it. She just laughed. I know some jobs are hard and everyone is struggling but coming here is not worth it at all.

Some of the nicest people in town work here! Very impressed. Attention to detail beyond what I even could notice for my own print products. And did it with a smile on their face!! It's hard keeping people employed now a days and they are doing a great job.

In the interest of full-disclosure, I fly for FedEx so my overall opinion might be slightly jaded. However, I ship stuff like everyone else and every time I visit this location these professionals, who do the really hard work, take care of customers like I want to be cared for.When I walked in today, there were three different lines with at least four people in each line. But each FedEx associate was focused on taking care of their individual customer's specific needs and the lines moved quickly and efficiently. The associate helping me was knowledgeable about the item that I was shipping (the security company that I was sending the item to took care of the shipping), the process, and he assured me that he would complete the packaging and ship the item immediately. He handed me a receipt and I was on my way. During the 3-4 minutes that I spent in the store I observed each associate address each customer's needs and handle them in a professional manner, always delivering on the Purple Promise.Even if I didn't work for FedEx, I would still use this FedEx Office Print & Ship Center for my shipping and printing needs because they are always professional, efficient, and customer oriented.

My experience there was extremely pleasant and the staff was very accommodating. Got package sent very easily.
